I have been an avid runner for several years and did minor workouts at home thinking I was in good shape and didn't need boot camp. After a friend invited me, I decided to give it a try and became hooked within the first week. I just celebrated my first year and can honestly say this was one of the best decisions I have ever made. The instructor is extremely motivating and truly challenges your limits.I encourage any lady looking for a solid workout to join us. You won't regret it and will love the new you!

This is absolutely the BEST boot camp I've attended! Katie is a great instructor and she works us REALLY HARD, especially on Core/Cardio Day:). She calls our class the hour of power!! Everyone is friendly and welcoming! Come start your day with us....you WON'T regret it!

Prior to finding Fit Chicks Boot Camp, I had a hard time sticking to a consistent workout routine. After the recommendation of a friend, I gave Fit Chicks a shot, and have been hooked. I have been attending 3 days a week for almost a year. The workouts are varied, challenging, and most of all FUN! Katie is such an encouraging and energetic leader and the fellow Fit Chicks are friendly and supportive. It's such a great start to my day, leaving me feeling positive and energized. I highly recommend FCBC to anyone who is looking for a place that provides positive support and challenges their limits.

Need some motivation to get up & moving in the morning? I can't think of a better way to start that day then with Katie at Fit Chicks Boot Camp. I have been going a little over a year & get in anywhere from 3 - 5 days a week. Camp has done the following for me:
-Made me stronger. I can do things now that I didn't know I could do a year ago
-Made me accountable. It's tough to miss a morning when I know they're waiting for me
-Made me friends. I love the ladies I work out with in the morning & look forward to seeing them. They're so motivating & inspirational.

I would recommend FCBC to anyone who is ready for a change. Even if you don't think you're a morning person, you will be after a week or 2!

I have been attending Fit Chicks Boot Camp (FCBC) three times a week for about four months now and I have absolutely loved my experience. I started at FCBC shortly after having my first child, and it was a huge help with losing the last of the baby weight. I've lost pounds and inches, but more than that, I'm in the best physical shape of my life. I look forward to starting my mornings off with a challenging workout but even more, the motivation I find within the community of women at FCBC is second to none. I can't recommend it enough!

I attend Fit Chicks Boot Camp on a regular basis and find the workouts challenging and varied – which are two musts for me when it comes to exercise. The ladies of FCBC are supportive & fun and push each other to give 100% every workout. Add in an energetic and motivating instructor and it’s the perfect combination for getting a great workout. No better way to start the day!
