Such a fantastic kind community and Coach Theo and other coaches are very well rounded, professional, knowledgeable and want to know your goals and assist you with said goals. Coach Theo and Coach Amber are amazing! I was sitting in my car in the parking lot, so nervous for my first time to walk in the doors for my first workout and within seconds of stepping into FMU, those fears dissipated! Everyone is able to go at their own pace and their level, yet still have that camaraderie of challenging each other and working to complete the class together. I’ve been waiting for a gym like this and I’m so happy I just SHOWED UP!! For anyone nervous to start their journey, come here! You will be so proud you did!

Challenging workouts with down to earth, encouraging people who challenge you to do your own personal best. I would never push myself on my own to work out with such intensity, yet I'm free to go at my own pace.

This may be the most welcoming gym I’ve ever been to!!! Everyone is so nice, especially Theo!!! They will work you as hard as you’re willing. Expect great attitudes, great atmosphere, great coaching, and great results!!!!

I've known Coach Theo for years. Prior to coming to FMU I worked out by myself at home. I was a college athlete and was missing a coach and team to push me out of my comfort zone. I decided to start coming to FMU and I am super pleased with my experience. Coach Theo is dynamic, caring, funny and changes the work outs up so you never get bored. It's not just a gym, it's a family! The 5:30am crew is my 'team' and I look forward to seeing this incredible group of people every morning. We sweat, we grind, we laugh, and we have fun. FMU gets my day off to a great start and I couldn't see myself working out any where else. 5 stars for FMU!

Deceitful, Very Hurtful to Essential Workers that provide them a service that they obviously want and need. Very Unresponsive, Poor communication, almost feels like i'm to good attitude to response or communicated back in a timely matter and knowing we are very limited in our time, while providing them this service. Unprofessional leaves junky big bulky toys scatter in their walkway. with a total disregard or lack of respect to any one who happens to walk up to delivery their orders. keep this in my mind if they are doing this toward me, imagine how they really feel towards anyone they provide services to. cause respect is universal, you can't just respect the ones you provide service to and treat everyone else like garbage especially the ones who service you on a biweekly basics. I hope you've learn from this review.

P.S Not a robot, can prove everything with pics, body cams and chat messages, robots are not that multitask yet.
