Great gym. It's not huge and they don't have every piece of equipment you could possibly want (like a turf area or cardio rowers), but they've got most things. It's clean, I love the 24 hr access, and the people are chill. I guess the biggest downside for some is that they have small changing rooms, not locker rooms. There are lockers along the wall kinda in the open area. Helps to keep the price down probably, because their pricing is pretty great. It's been great going there as I'm coming back from a couple serious injuries that required surgery.

This gym is literally falling apart. I've been a member for nearly 10 years and it has significantly gone downhill in that time. Nearly every weight machine is missing grips (safety hazard) and/or has torn seats/pads (health hazard). There's a giant hole in the ceiling because the air conditioner broke several weeks ago. Most of the TVs in the gym need to be replaced.

I've communicated these issues to the guys who run the gym multiple times and get the same answer: Everything is either on back order or there's no money to fix it. Yet, they just raised the monthly membership fees for everyone. I'll most likely be going to a different gym soon.

Worker name Julie is very weird and unprofessional. If I were the owner, I would check in on this location every once in a while and see how weird and inappropriate this lady is.

She thinks she is at the club, vs her place of employment.

One of the weirdest gym staff I’ve ever met. She has made a few of us VERY uncomfortable, on many occasions.

I love the gym. The staff is always very helpful and friendly. The gym and restrooms are always clean. Today i has to renew my membership. I spoke with Chris the trainer. Great gym! Affordable and has all the equipment you need! Staff is so friendly and willing to answer any of your questions. Cleanliness on point! People throughout are always friendly too.

EDIT 4.23.19: They changed pricing for their "24 hour" policy. Now, to get in at the same time (5:30 AM) costs me an additional $9/mo. plus a one time fee.

Great gym for a very fair price. Employees and even the other gym members are all kind. Only reason not 5 stars is that space can be somewhat limited during peak hours. Still, lots of bang for your buck.

Best place to workout on the West Side of Cleveland. This gym has a great selection of both free weights and machines, numerous treadmills and bikes, and a bit of space left over to do body weight training as well. All for a measly $19 per month.

The atmosphere is laid back and caters to all types, from teenagers just getting into lifting to people who just live at the gym. There's a bit of a feeling of community here and you'll definitely get to know faces. This includes the staff that is always there to help, answer questions, and keep the place clean. A great place to work out at all around.

I have been a member of Fitness 19 for 2+ years now. The club is always clean,equipment always where its supposed to be and the staff is top notch. I work out with Chris consistently three days a week. I can say he has changed my life and at 49 years old I can say I feel like 29 years old again. I started working out there roughly a year and a half ago, definitely a great place to work out. The equipment is new and well taken care of and the staff are very engaging and helpful. This is really the best gym around. The atmosphere is inviting. No one there is intimidating, and everyone is supportive! Clean, with plenty of equipment. I LOVE the staff here. Chris Roman is the best trainer around! BEAST MODE. Casey is super awesome and remembered my name literally the day after I signed up and always greets us with a smile. All of the other staff are like close friends now, always happy to chat and help.

Given that I have held memberships at numerous gyms. I have come to appreciate certain things this gym does not offer. Where there are actual trainers here and friendly staff and good equipment.. there isn't much room certain hours of the day there is little to no room to workout. I would advise making the facility 24 hours a day. Increase the amount of space and equipment available. By doing these three things you can increase your profit margin and draw in new customers and make current customers happier by not having to wait in line to use equipment.

I love the people and atmosphere at Fitness19! The trainers are knowledgable and work very hard to help me reach my fitness goals. The staff is extremely friendly and always helpful; they even greet me by name every day I come in! Outstanding facility. Very satisfied with the professional conduct of the staff. Always very helpful and friendly. One of the cleanest gyms I've been to, someone is always vacuuming, mopping, cleaning the machines, cleaning the bathroom etc. The equipment is very well maintained. Large variety to choose from. I've been a member now for 2 1/2 years. Really enjoy it. Right in my neighborhood. Plenty of weights machines etc. The clientle is all across the board. Collge to mid ages to older folks. Plenty of help with trianers if thats what you are looking for. Open all hours and usually never have to wait for any equipment.Only cdraw back is no showers but they do have 2 small changeing rooms if neede. Most come in worlout clothes and then go home and shower.They have childs room at specific times if thats something you need. The best part is it is affordable. I only pay 9.70 a month and it's guarenteed never to go up as long as I stay a member. Can't beat it . Love it hear .
