Working with my trainer JB has been a great experience. He is motivating, knowledgeable and fun. I am new to the work out experience and JB takes the time to explain how to do the exercises and what they are doing for my body. Every session is different so you never get board. He challenges me to do my best so I meet my fitness goals. JB truly cares about his clients and wants them to succeed. Thanks JB!!!

Lots of machines, weights, plenty of ways to get or stay in shape. Music a bit too loud for me. Most of the people there usually are wearing head phones or ear buds.

I can't say enough good things about this gym. Sure it doesn't have a sauna, showers or somethings you might want from a gym but if you're going just to get a good workout in this is the place. The prices are very fair, amazing staff, and it's very rarely ever too busy if at all. Also if you're a college student or just won't be in-town year round they'll work with you making it easy to pause and resume your membership.

My fave gym. The people who work there treat you like family. Joey, Tony, JB, Mike, Austin and Melody are some of the most motivating people I know. I never fear that my daughter is unhappy or unsafe when shes in the daycare. Joey will put random notes all over the gym to inspire you to be your best self... they have also been known to offer a one on one session just to help you out and show you something new... without charge. (Don't take advantage of that statement). I'm so so happy I joined this gym.

Love it here. I have tried other gyms in the area and this is your best value, hands down. Nice selection of equipment that is working. In yhe rare instance it is not, it is clearly marked and left for you to discover on your own. This is also a very clean facility. The staff, in addition to being very friendly and helpful, is always working. They chat with clients, mop, wipe down equipment and foster an excellent environment for fitness gurus as well as your every day person looking to drop a few pounds and improve their quality of life. Myself and 3 other friends/significant others have all signed up in the past year. I strongly encourage you to do the same.

This Gym is just the right size and accommodated me with every need I had. Its staff was always there to help with advice and were also overall very friendly. The Manager Josh I believe is very helpful and courteous. Never have to wait for a treadmill, and has many TV's and large windows to look out of when running. Location was a deal breaker for me and this gym was the only one very close to me. Safe to say. Ill Stay.

Fitness 19 is a great gym which includes everyone. It is not a gym only for the casuals or only for the people who take training seriously. It is big enough for everyone to enjoy and there is plenty of equipment. The facility is one of the cleanest I've seen in awhile. Most gyms are dirty, this gym is not. Lots of gyms like to secretly charge you extra and will lie to your face. Fitness 19 isn't like that as they are very straight forward with a welcoming staff

I have been working out here for 3 months. The staff is super nice and helpful. The gym is always clean and the equipment is well taken care of. I would definitely recommend you check it out if your looking for a gym!

I love and enjoy going to this gym is clean, they have a lot of machines, staff is super friendly and do their job, the child care is great and the lady's are really nice my son enjoys going to play with all the toys and is a nice clean space they have for kids. Great experience!

I enjoyed working out there and checking out the facility. I enjoyed the machines they were pretty nice and lots of them. The staff was very helpful, guy by the name of Roger Otero I'm particular. The guy knows his stuff, he's also very clean, watching him clean that place up and having the gym actually smell good, that's a plus. Thanks guys and thanks Roger.

I have been going to this gym for a few years now. I truly enjoy the friendly staff, clean workout area, various amounts of workout equipment to choose from, and the wonderful atmosphere. I am usually there in the morning and am always greeted by the same people (Anthony, Roger, and some of the trainers). I have had a membership at Gold's Gym for about a year and a half, and it did not compare anywhere near to this gym as far as comfort. Fitness 19 is more like a home to me and fits my workout needs! Also is very affordable.

Fitness 19 is a great gym for people of all fitness levels. The staff is friendly, personable, and will go out of their way to make sure your gym experience is a pleasant one. The equipment is always clean with a great selection of free weights, machines, and cardio equipment. If you are in need of some help with your current fitness level, the personal training staff all appear to be educated, motivated, and encourage their clients to do their best. I have tried other gyms in the surrounding area, and I drive 7 miles out of my way every time just to be a member.

I've been a member for about 5 years and have no complaints. Fitness 19 parma is a clean facility with friendly helpful staff. On one visit, sales rep. Roger Otero helped ,answered all my questions and also greeted everyone that came in with a smile. It kinda makes you feel like your working out with friends not just another gym.

I started going to fitness 19 in Parma about 4 years ago. I had ended up leaving just to try out a few other gyms. None of the other gyms even compared to fitness 19. I ended up returning and have been a member ever since. The staff is amazing! I typically workout in the morning and the morning crew is so friendly and always so helpful. Roger especially answers all my questions and is always willing to help me if I have any questions about the machines and how to use them. The atmosphere at the Parma location is awesome! I would recommend this gym to anyone!

I have been a member at Fitness 19 for about 6 years now. I had to switch gyms recently because of the location and It was getting to be too far of a drive. But it wasn't until i left fitness 19 and joined a new gym that i realized how much i love fitness 19. The staff is completely amazing. I am usually at the gym in the mornings, and I can say the morning crew specifically is AMAZING. Everything is ALWAYS clean, and the staff is ALWAYS smiling and keeping a positive attitudes with all the members. The gym is small, but it has all of the necessities you could possibly need. Free weights, cardio machines, dead lifting platform (which i love), ropes, sleds, cable machines, EVERYTHING you need-- they have. I am happy to say I am back at fitness 19 and the drive is worth it for me. They are small but constantly renovating and adding new equipment to play with! They have really grown since i first started attending. Especially with the personal trainers. They all bring motivation and positive energy into the gym and all of their clients. I would never leave fitness 19 again!

Been at F19 since high school. Have tried countless other gyms. This is the perfect medium between the heavy lifting body building gyms and cardio gyms. I always come back to F19. 6 out of 5 stars. NEED SHOWERS THOUGH!

This gym is the bomb. I've been going here on and off since they opened, and now I'm shredded as fuark brah! The staff is really cool, and there are some pretty experienced and knowledgeable people around. Can't beat the price either. If you wanna get huge or just lose some weight, this place is your best bet.

The staff at Fitness 19 in Parma has been excellent. I just recently became a member and I got a great deal on my membership and immensely enjoy working out there. I live nearby in the neighborhood, so it is very convenient as the location is accessible from many different neighborhoods on the east side of Parma. I've met folks that come over from adjacent communities, Seven Hills, and Independence. What makes this gym so great is the diversity of people that come in on a regular basis and the quality of the staff which is very helpful and will give you tips and tricks on improving the quality of your workout. I highly recommend getting a membership there and enjoying the benefits of this club.
