I've been going to this gym just over two years. Compared to gyms I've gone to in the past this one is very clean and the staff are great on keeping up with that. All the staff have been super friendly and good at making sure that the gym is good to be used by everyone.
They have a great range of work out equipment that has been able to accommodate my needs as I had to start from scratch again after an injury and then get more advanced as I went.
Its right off of 270 on the way to Westerville so its super convenient for me to go to the gym after work and before heading home. I've never had trouble getting a parking spot.
Overall I definitely recommend it!

I’ve been a member here for over ten years. The facility was exactly what I was looking for, not too big, not too small but has all the equipment needed for a workout. The staff is especially friendly and helpful. The personal training sessions are a must and the trainers are very knowledgeable.

I was harassed by one of the gym employees. She always had a reason to complain about the way I dropped the weights or when I failed to remove them from the machines. I realized this was only happening to me. This person called me one day to complain about something I didn't understand. I trained there for almost three years and never had any problems. After I switched my workouts to the morning, this person started harassing me.

Very shady gym on the business side of things. They will send collection agencies after you if you decide to not pay for a couple months instead of just deactivating your membership. All they have to do is make your card inactive if you don't pay but no, these people will spam call you and send your "balance" to collections. shady shady.

They’ve spam called me everyday for 4 months. Reported to ftc there new billing system not only tries to charge non stop, they robo call you non stop hopefully the gov steps in here because what they’re doing is abusive, switched gyms think my gym tabs being run up regardless. Great facility to train at. The 24 gourmet access makes it a plus during the holiday season when most gyms have a set schedule. Plenty of machines to get your workout in as well as free weights if that is what you want to use. Visiting from NYC makes this facility feel like it belongs in the big apple.

As a cardio enthusiast, my visits to this gym have been less than ideal. Frustratingly, the elliptical machines are often out of order, and the few that do work are consistently in use. It's high time they invest in more elliptical machines to meet the demand.

This is my second review of Fitness 19 and I do this without hesitation because THEY…ARE…AWESOME. Perfect selection of free weights, machines, and cardio equipment that allows a full body experience in a clean, friendly atmosphere.

Been a member for well over 10 years now. The manager, Mike, is a top notch leader, professional, knowledgeable, amicable, and it was actually because of his guidance and suggestion several years ago that propelled me to the next level of my fitness journey.

That next level….Kayla Allen, my personal trainer for 28 months and counting now…BECAUSE she is THAT good and has utterly transformed my life, no exaggeration. Her professionalism, beautiful personality, knowledge, guidance, encouragement, unequivocal passion FOR fitness and seeing others accomplish their goals, and openness to learn is simply fantastic. Started going here over 6 months ago. I’ve been doing personal training with Kayla there and couldn’t ask for more! She pushes me and encourages me to reach my highest potential! She knows I am stronger and can do more than I even think I can. I have done workouts and machines I never would have done without someone showing me the ropes and telling me I can do it. Not only her but all the other trainers who are there when I am training are so encouraging! Kayla is not only great in her training but she talks with me like we’ve been friends forever and never judges when I struggle with a workout. Not only do I highly recommend going to her for training but the staff there have been nothing but friendly; often times when I am done working out I end up staying so much longer after just chatting with the staff about life. If you’re looking for a gym or trainer I highly recommend looking into fitness 19!

Terrible women personal trainer. She won’t allowed me to asked some questions. Even quick question. She won’t. Geez .. I got hurt in that gyms and tried to ask about some Tips for elbow pain. Clean and spacious! You're greeted by friendly staff, and all the equipment is in working order. They have a few different price options, depending how often you plan on using the facility. Also, open 24 hrs makes for ultimate convenience. I don't think there are showers, but there are changing rooms and restrooms. I've been there between 1030 - 1300 and it wasn't too busy. Lots of cardio, free weights, benches, and machines so you aren't waiting for someone to finish up. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a workout routine in the area.

Being a member at Fitness 19 Westerville is great for me and my schedule. The early hours allow me to start my day with a great workout without sacrificing time with my family.

As a morning member, I don't think I've ever had to wait for a machine or piece of equipment since joining in July. Plenty of equipment that is geared toward all levels of fitness. Another highlight of the facility is that its always clean.

The morning staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and informative. I believe this has created the welcoming atmosphere that I've come to enjoy. On top of all that, they organization is community oriented; participating and leading charitable events for members of the community.
