My kids LOVED the boxing fitness class with Carly this morning! If I wasn’t recovering from a gym injury I would have taken her class! They had so much fun ~definitely recommend Carly’s class and this fitness center! It was clean, awesome friendly staff-this place is great!

Very nice gym. I go after work at night, usually around 11 PM. This gym is well equipped and very clean. I recommend this gym to anyone who is looking for a nice place to workout.

Great gym! Clean, friendly staff. Treat everyone like friends. Updated equipment, constantly cleaning equipment. I'm using Johnny Graham to train. Love the atmosphere, all abilities are welcome. Many classes offered.

I'm updating the review because there is new ownership. Darin, the crook, is gone. The new owners are personable, present, and care about this gym. They even brought back staff from decades ago. It's a welcomed change in management and atmosphere.

Contacted this owner Sept. 17th to cancel 2 memberships have contacted him 4 times since plus went to the facility twice and left a note for cancelation on Nov 7th and he's still taking money out of my account. I do not recommend this gym.

Bulk charged all members a yearly maintenance fee of $65 without warning. If you call, no one answers, and the voice mailbox is full -- so you can't leave a message. If you show up, you can't get in the gym because (a) no one is working and (b) the card swipe doesn't work frequently.

Awesome Gym with affordable pricing as well as incredibly helpful and courteous staff that go above & beyond to exceed your expectations. I love that the gym offers 24-hour service so with my membership I can even use my keycard to work out late at night when I don't have a babysitter available during normal business hours! They offer tanning included with your membership as well and I was impressed with the tanning bed's large size and high quality. They even offer complimentary coffee & tea which is awesome when waiting or after using the gym. I would definitely highly recommend this location for anyone looking for gym or tanning services!
