I’ve been training with Coach Eric for around 2 months and he is hands down the best coach i’ve ever had. He not only motivates me to get better, but also teaches me discipline. He’s helped me with my pitching mechanics, my form in the weight room, and how to eat better and gain more weight. I want to recognize the staff at Fitness 4 all too, they have made the environment very welcoming.

I’ve been a member at Fitness 4 All for about 3.5 months and overall, I really enjoy the gym’s layout and equipment. There’s a wide range of machines and free weights that allow for strong, effective workouts, and I especially love the turf area—it’s perfect for functional training days.

However, there’s one major issue that’s impacted my experience: the ceilings are extremely dusty. I have asthma, and after just a week of going regularly, I started noticing it was hard to breathe during my workouts. The amount of dust in the air is concerning, and it genuinely affects my ability to train safely and consistently. I have actually had dust balls fall in front of my face while working out. I’ve brought this to management’s attention on three separate occasions and even left my phone number for follow-up, but I’ve received no response or update, which has been frustrating.

In addition, the bathrooms consistently smell like urine, and I believe they could benefit from a full update and more regular cleaning.

I’m someone who likes to work out daily, and while I really want to keep supporting this gym, these cleanliness issues make it difficult to continue without concern. I truly hope management addresses these problems soon—I’d love to be able to recommend Fitness 4 All without hesitation.

Aaron , is amazing. I went into this adventure, with a lot of doubt. I have had multiple surgery’s on my ankle and leg. Often it has been difficult for me to walk and get up from a sitting position. I was told I would have to learn to live with it. Aaron however didn’t believe it. He has gotten me
to stand up without holding on to something and I am walking much better. I am much more stable when standing and walking. To top it off I have lost inches and pounds. Aaron, encourages you and works you. Sometimes he sneaks and raises the weight on me. LOL. However I am able to do it. I recommend Aaron and Fitness 4 All, to anyone who needs help with their muscles, or just wants to look and feel better. Everyone there is kind and helpful. It’s an amazing place to work out.

I used to love this gym. Used to, until it became a daycare for disrespectful and entitled high school kids. Tons of equipment for every type of gym member, but unfortunately most of it gets hogged by groups of kids taking pics of themselves and talking to each other instead of actually working out. Nothing gets put back where it belongs. None of them even seem to know how to flush a toilet. Some of these kids will literally walk right into you. They all seem to work with trainers, so at the very least, the trainers could try to instill a little gym etiquette into these kids.

THIS GYM IS AN ABSOLUTE SCAM!!! Was a member there for over a year, gym is fine other the the high school kids with their shirts off flexing in the mirrors. Moved out of state with plans to re join bc family is all from perrysburg area SENT IN CANCEL LETTER AND CALLED MULTIPLE TIMES AND THEY CONTINUE TO CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD. They try so hard to never let you cancel even though I live in Texas? It’s a scam take your business elsewhere

"Cancelled" my membership in 2021 when I was moving away, tried to re-join now that I've moved back nearby and was told that my membership was never cancelled and I would have to pay an absurd amount.

Edit:

They effectively called me a liar when I spoke to them on the phone, refusing to admit that they had made a mistake. Additionally, they note that they were "willing to work with me" which is a lie on two accounts as they claimed I would have to pay the full amount and would not acknowledge the charges were invalid in the first place.

If that's how they want to run their business, that's their prerogative, but I refuse to patronize a business that acts in that capacity and encourage others to think twice prior to visiting this gym.

There are plenty of other reviews that highlight the difficult cancellation process, seemingly indicating a general refusal to cancel memberships. After reading the reviews, I'm not surprised that I am not alone in this situation.

I only have a 1 day sample size to go off of but I really enjoyed this gym while I was there. Front desk attendant was super nice and it’s also a very nice gym in my opinion. Lots of machines that all seem to be in great condition, plenty of dumbbells and free weights space, huge squat racks with squat pads attached. This is definitely one of the nicer gyms I’ve been to.

Really really want to give this gym 5 stars, as the facility and equipment is nice. However, it seems there is no age limit for children and I think some parents have used this as a daycare loophole. I'm talking kids 12-13 years old swarming the place, hanging on equipment like it's a jungle gym, I even had a kid run into my leg press machine as I was in the middle of a press because he was playing tag.

This facility is great. The downfall is the disrespectful little punks that swarm this place during prime time. They will literally step in front of your set in the mirror to flex their dinky little baby muscles like they've really noticed a difference since they last did it 90 seconds ago. They slam the weights like they just got grounded by mother. Every minor that signs up here should have to take a test or class on etiquette

I just started at this gym about a month ago and will probably sign up for yearly plan. I really enjoy it. Also It is the first gym I have been to that has multiple squat racks and platforms where you aren't waiting for equipment. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Only downside I really care about is I have been told it isn't air conditioned in the summer which could be hard for performance around those months.

The staff and own are very rude and not willing to work with us . We signed our son up for private workouts and then a day later the team went with the group lessons so we switched so he could be with his teammates and friends. They refused to refund the $200 . Then after one week of group workout at $20 a workout for 10 work outs. They changed it to anyone that didn’t sign up for 10 workouts at $200 to $10 drop in workouts. Very bad way to run a business and terrible customer service wouldn’t recommend anyone go there .

Will never suggest anyone deal with this gym. Moved states June 2021 and was told I needed to either cancel in person or write a written letter of termination. Then when I came back into town I went into the Perrysburg location to cancel my membership on 9/24. I looked at my credit card statement and was still charged for October. Called the location to see why and was verbally told I had to cancel by the 24th of the month, which I did. Then was called back to say oh no it actually has to be canceled by the 23th. So, unprofessional.

Excellent experience, the gym is clean and well staffed. The equipment is top of the line. Everything you could ask for in a gym. The trainers have a lot of experience, they are able to adjust their level of coaching to meet your needs and if you are lucky enough to work with Keith the owner you are in for a real treat! Keith is first class, great depth of knowledge and so easy to work with, I would give this group 10 stars! Honestly one of the best gyms in the country.

Be careful when you join here. Not all the trainers are as professional or knowledgeable as they should be. The administration is also very rude. We tried canceling our membership with multiple face to face visits and phone calls, written documentation etc and we still get threatening phone calls. Now getting lawyer involved. We have heard from multiple ex employees and clients that these complaints occur very frequently. Do not give them your money.
