About the Club

We are Fitness 4:13!!
Owned and operated by local resident, Chuck Collins. The goal is for everyone to feel welcome. Whether you are new to exercise or a seasoned veteran Chuck meets every person at the point of their own health journey.
With over 20,000 hrs of personal training under his belt Chuck designs each workout to produce the best results over time. The focus at Fitness 4:13 is on functional fitness. This is where we train mind and body to mimic our day to day activities thus putting function to the form. We have recently added 2 small group classes. Julie Heber is our instructor for these Sarah currently has a 8:45-9:30 all levels flow yoga class. It is held every Saturday .

I 100% recommend Fitness 4/13! Chuck really takes the time to figure out what type of diet and workout will be best for you personally, and then positively motivates you to reach your goals. Being a working mom, my schedule can get crazy and changes last minute all the time and he has been so great about working around my schedule and accommodating me. I wouldn’t train anywhere else!

I really enjoy working with chuck. He is very knowledgeable and helps you do exercises the correct way. He works with limitations but also pushes you when needed. The studio is personal and you don't feel Intimidated by a gym.
