Friendly staff, clean facility and workout areas are easily accessible with trainers to assist as needed. Aquatics classes are provided with membership. The aquatics facility is all located in one area for families. Personal space also in the locker rooms with steam and dry saunas. Shower stalls are private with an area to change and a bench.

I was disappointed with the renovations made to the old heisley racquet club. Seems like they did as little as possible. However, I can say the indoor pool was very nice. Workout equipment was not impressive. Very minimal.

If you don't really want to work out, this is the gym for you.

The staff are pleasant and knowledgeable, especially the aquatics team. Everything is new and pretty (if you like working out in a space that looks like a doctor's office). But.

Literally everything about the facility feels undersized and cramped. The studios are ridiculously small, so is the free weight area and the TVs. Yet the membership goal is 5-6 thousand members.

I've never seen the climbing wall in use. The one time I asked, I got a non-answer. So don't plan on climbing

I called to cancel my membership on November 15th, they told me it takes 30 days to cancel so another payment will come out of my account December 1. I think this is robbery since it's coming out of my debit and all they need to do is to stop it. Beware the rules have changed since it was acquired by UH, Very disappointed.

Mask required to enter the gym. Temperature check is done by a scanner. Equipment has been moved and spaced out. A mask is NOT required during working out. Members are required to clean equipment after use and staff also clean certain items. There are limits on people using the hot hot tub and pool. Locker rooms are open and doors should be left open afterwards for cleaning.

I signed up to mostly play basketball after work and to workout. Recently they moved equipment onto one side of the basketball court. Which shouldn't be a problem, but instead of using the other half for people who want to play basketball, the schedule classes that take up the other half. So now no one can play.

As excited as we were to join this gym and use the daycare facility we actually left after our second visit having hands down the worst customer service experience of our lives.

My daughter was NOT cared for properly or safely!!!
Not only was my daughters (11 months old) safety not a concern - NOT HAVING HER STRAPPED IN ON A BOUNCER SHE WAS WAY OVERWEIGHT FOR but also her well being - “had been crying for about an hour” per the caretaker who was supposed to notify me if/when she was inconsolable per their policy.

The caretaker blamed me for “working out too long” and “not having the correct info to find me” when I had completed every document necessary AND signed my daughter in that day so it was obvious the caretaker is at fault for not knowing her job or policies.

We had never seen that teacher a day in our lives before picking her up as she was not the same teacher present at drop off. Did not follow safety order to check tags to make sure child is leaving with correct adult.

This is not a safe environment for children and I thank god there wasn’t an emergency situation as they clearly do not have policies in place to keep up their end of promises.

This is a great place to work out if you really want to get healthy but need someone to help come up with a plan. They will take all of your body measurements and come up with a workout plan that fits your needs and wants. The facilities are top notch and there is way more than the average planetfitness. Pools, saunas, basketball courts, and an indoor track are all included with the normal fitness machines. Definitely worth the membership.

Nice place for therapy treatments. Weight room is a little crowded. Basketball court and weight room need thorough cleaning. Observing dust and dirt everytime I'm there in weight room and on Basketball court. But all in all it's a nice facility with lots of equipment.

The facility is nice containing top of the line equipment. It was on my way to work so the convenience is nice as well. I took a tour and the membership liaison was not available so I had to come back if i wanted information on membership. A week later I was able to speak to someone about signing up. Then they explained the membership scheme. 55$ a month or 110$ a month for a family membership and a year contract. That was not a problem as i feel that is comparable to facilities with equivalent options. There is also a 175$ one time registration fee. This fee is 25% of the total yearly membership fee. When i asked why so high, the explanation was that it enabled them to offer me free classes (which I won't take) and a free fitness evaluation. If i have to pay 175$ then its not free. So in closing great facility but poor response time from staff and one time fee to support "Free Services"

Joined to get healthy, they have restrictions on when kids are aloud in but that keeps changing, don't like that. Now there is a sign I ladies changing room to keep covered up. We are all women, it's a locker room, you don't want too be seen go behind the curtain, you don't want to see, don't look. If you are bringing in young children, Use the family changing area!

Beautiful, brand new facility. 3 pools offer lap swimming at all times, and a play and water-based fitness activities. Sauna and steam room in the locker rooms. Nice array of cardio and weight training equipment and a walking/running track with an open gym for basketball, pickleball, etc.
