Fitness Hub Studio is where you want to come to start your Fitness Journey. We offer Personal Training , Yoga, Cosmic Bounce, Circuit Training, and we have an Esthetician as well as E.185th Nutrition and Bisque all in the same building, where you can grab a shake/Tea, Hibachi/Casadillas or Soup or schedule a Massage or Facial. We also have free weights if you want to workout with a friend and enjoy the music or you can bring your iPod and hook it to free WiFi while working out. It’s a small clean personal atmosphere that would make you feel good about yourself leaving the studio. Fitness Hub team is all certified and friendly waiting for you to come visit!

I love working out with Teresa. She keeps me in going even when I'm not feeling like putting in the work. The nutrition smoothies and herbal teas are great too.
