Coach Kessler and his team provide an incredible level of detail for your athlete to succeed in their sport. They look at the athlete holistically to understand which areas should be central to provide the best outcomes whether that is speed, strength, endurance, or balance. We have noticed strength and speed improvements with our son that had previously eluded him with other strength programs. The Fitness Planning team is constantly tweaking their best practices to find the right balance for your athlete. We would highly recommend Coach Kessler and his team of professionals to create a specific program tailored for any athletes needs.

My son has trained with Adam and Sam for more than 1.5 years. Adam's techniques helped improve his speed from somewhat fast to consistently being the one of the fastest on the pitch/court/diamond/track. Most importantly his confidence has grown significantly.

Fitness Planning Consultants has been a great training program for my sons (12 and 14). They started the program for extra conditioning to get in shape for their soccer seasons at Club Ohio and work on speed training. Half-way through the program Covid hit and everything stopped for 2 months. A couple weeks ago, they re-started their training (and increased their frequency) now that the gym is up and running with their new protocols in place. I would recommend Adam Kesslers (and Becca and Sam) to anybody looking for training options for their children.

I spent a considerable amount of time researching where to send my daughter for speed training. I decided to send her here and I was very impressed with Adam and his staff. They take the time to make sure every training session is done right. There's no shortcuts in this program. The quality of training is second to none. As far as I'm concerned this is the premier training facility to go too.

Our daughter worked with FPC for 3 months during the off season. Her goals were to work on building muscle, strength, and speed, and protecting her ACL. She also wanted mentors to help with nutritional advice and mental attitude. Coach Adam and his team came through with flying colors. She made huge strides (pun intended) and her running form is much improved. We recommend FPC to any young athlete who wants to improve their overall fitness or needs help attaining specific goals.

My daughter has shown noticeable strength improvement while working with Adam. She pulled her hamstring during a track workout and continuing to train with Adam during recovery actually sped up her recovery and didn't slow her down!

My child experienced a boost in confidence and quantifiable improvements in his performance indicators (vertical, speed, balance, etc.) during a 3-month training contract last summer. He received nutritional counseling and supervised, tailored training sessions for assuring good habits in physical activities. We intend to do another 3-month session next summer and would recommend these services for all children to receive focused care in form, inspiration in goal-making, and the experience of achieving measured progress with effort.

Excellent program! This is my sons second time going through the training a s he trains in between football and track. His training is designed to specific to things that he needs to work on for each sport (lateral speed and foot speed for football, straight line speed, form and power for track)..The progress he made was great and is actually measured in the pre and post assessment . Highly recommended!

I'm so thankful that we found Adam and his company to help our sprinter -- now a freshman in high school. We have a fairly long drive from Canal Winchester, but it's been well worth it. Not only did our son's 100- and 200-meter times drastically improve from 7th grade to 8th grade (his 100-meter went from 12.9 to 11.13, for example), but also, our son has been taught the value of getting a quality workout, eating the right foods and taking good care of his body. The "lessons" he's learned from Adam have transcended into other aspects of his life, which was a big (and welcome) surprise for us. Working with Adam and the other trainers has given our son more confidence and a significantly greater depth of understanding of the mechanics of sprinting. It's time and money well spent, and we can't wait to watch him evolve as a high school sprinter!

Adam customizes his workouts to what each individual athlete needs improvement on. He greatly helped improve my sprint mechanics which led to dropping tenths of seconds off my 200 meter sprint time. I continued working on the drills I was taught by him through high school, and into the start of my collegiate track career at Otterbein University. Adam also teaches precautions to prevent future injuries, which will help lead to one of your best seasons yet! I highly recommend training at Fitness Planning Consultants!

My 2 sons and I had an extremely positive experience working with Adam and Chris. My sons did the speed training to train for soccer/basketball and the results were terrific. They were quicker, stronger, moved more efficiently and were more confident. I did the personal training for fitness and golf. As a result, I was stronger and lowered my handicap from an 18 to a 12.

Adam and Chris do a great job of setting the workout for the clients specific needs and they keep the workouts interesting so I'm never bored with any exercise. Also they always ask me how I am doing and talk to me during the workout to make it feel more like I'm working out with a friend rather than a trainer and it's creates a greate environment
