Recently I moved into the area and was looking for a gym that I did not have to drive too far to go to. I am from the west suburbs and was used to having everything close. I just joined and I have to say right off the bat how clean this gym is. They had all the equipment that I wanted, the owner was very pleasant and knowledgeable, and I LOVED that I could have 24 hour access! And this is in Middlefied, who knew? Where I am from the sheer volume, and less than to be desired cleanliness of gyms these days are atrocious. NOT HERE! Very impressed! Thank you for being here!

I wasn’t showed the machines, when I joined. When I did try to get help from the owners wife she was very rude and disrespectful. The only nice employee was an older woman, she was pleasant. I had to give y’all a 1 because I couldn’t give a 0.

Spend visiting a week in this quant little town. For a small town gym, this place had it all! From equipment, space, being exceptionally clean, and great atmosphere. Loved it!

So the owner has been there working behind front desk and I asked to use tanning bed....he stated "we don't have any staff here Sunday so no"....aren't u staff? Very cut n dry and he barely made eye contact w me...BTW, I prepaid for use of tanning....guy (owner) is a jerk.

Joined silver sneakers. An impressive place with lots of weights, treadmills stair steppers, locker room, showers, tanning, group exercise. Protein shake bar. Great and friendly staff. 24/7 access. Wow

I really enjoy the smoothies. I’m trying to eat healthier and I’m using their smoothies to replace when I’d normally get fast food. My daughter loves the dog. She’s obsessed with playing with Titan whenever we stop.

I was visiting family and stopped in for a workout. It was $10 for a one time visit, pretty standard. It was clean and had plenty of equipment. I had a Keto smoothie afterwards that was really good. I'll go back again next time I'm in town.

Has everything you need - free weights, machines, etc. I'm big on the free weights. Love the fact they have two squat racks. Good place if you're on the road or local.

I've worked out for a long time. You never have to wait for equipment, its great! The Extreme Pump class is a great group exercise class if your looking for that extra motivation. It combines Strength training and Cardiovascular in one class. I recommend visiting Fitness Plus. It's nice having a gym in my hometown that offers a 24 hour gym. I like they offer tanning as well. I can get everything done in one stop.
