I've been going to Fitopia for about 2 months now. What a great challenge!! The stimulation really works all my muscles in such a short amount of time. Combined with proper nutrition and protein for recovery, I can see more muscle definition all over my body. Additionally, I haven't noticed my lower back pain at all which is huge for me. The customer service is great (I've had to reschedule a lot due to sick kids, and it hasn't been an issue at all). Highly recommend Fitopia if you're looking for a new way to get an efficient workout in!

I’ve been with Fitopia for 2 years now, and it has truly been life-changing! When I started, I weighed 280 lbs, and with their help (and my amazing nutritionist), I’ve lost 85 lbs! 🙌

I have bone-on-bone knees, so traditional gyms just weren’t an option for me. But Fitopia’s EMS suit workouts have been an absolute game changer — honestly, a God send! The 20-minute sessions are the best thing since sliced bread! 🥰

They’re super flexible with scheduling, always accommodating your needs, and the trainers are beyond dope — friendly, knowledgeable, and they treat you like family. You either work out one-on-one or in a small group, which gives you that personal attention to perfect your form and keep you motivated.

Since joining, I’ve built up the muscles around my knees and can feel them getting stronger. I even walked 10,000 steps one day and bounced back the next — it used to take me a whole week to recover before!

My experience with Fitopia Red Bank has been amazing. I used a glp1 to lose 80 pounds but I lacked muscle and definition. I trained with Jeffrey twice a week for three months. Not only did I lose an additional 20 pounds but, my muscle mass increased as well. I lost 8 inches in my thighs and 15 overall.

I can’t say enough good things about this fitness studio. When I first started, I was dealing with knee and back pain and it was hard to stay active and move comfortably. Since joining not only has my knee pain improved, but I’ve also become more active stronger and confident in my body again. What really sets this place apart is the staff. They are not just there to run a workout. They genuinely care. Every trainer takes the time to understand your needs, works with you at your level encourages you without pushing you beyond what you can handle. They actually want you to get better and you can feel That in every session. Thanks to the support and guidance. I’m doing exercise. I have been doing Fitopia for nearly 2 years. I'm 75 and I had a shoulder replacement last October. I'm definitely stronger since I started Fitopia, recovered perfectly from surgery, and I'm playing golf better than ever, especially in distance. Good workouts but they scam you out of your money. You sign on for 6 months, but when it's ready to expire they charge you for a seventh month hoping you won't notice. Owners don't help and intentionally ignore your phone calls after they realize you are asking them to refund you the extra money they charged. They target elderly clientele.

EDIT: In response to Bharat’s reply below. I spoke with Bharat on the phone. He takes no accountability as the overall owner of the Fitopia corporation and is unwilling to call himself the owner despite advertising himself as such. He tells you he will see what he can do only to never return your phone calls. The business model at all Fitopia locations is the same, and I’ve had two other customers with the same experience. Like I said, good workouts, but no one should be charged 600+ dollars for a service they never received. I contacted the business for two months before writing a review, so Bharat was given ample time to correct the mistake. Save your money, get a gym membership.

Started Fitopia to get stronger before my knee replacement, and I’m so glad I did. They created a plan around my PT exercises and personal goals. After just 3 weeks, I feel stronger, have less knee pain, and I’ve even been able to play tennis longer with my brace. Friends have commented they’re amazed at the difference. I can’t speak highly enough about my experience here so far… I am only 6 weeks in, and I have gained 3 lbs of muscle, lost 3% body fat, and feel so much better than I have in years! The trainers do an excellent job of making the workouts appropriately challenging and adapting movements to varying abilities. It is incredible to feel how much the EMS enhances the workout, and I love the efficiency of being able to do all of this in only 20 minutes! I have always hated working out at gyms and/or with other people, but FITOPIA Red Bank offers a small, personal environment with at most only a couple of other people (based on what I have experienced so far). Everyone is so friendly and encouraging! I highly recommend this for people of all fitness levels, and especially for those who absolutely hate working out like I always have!

Give Fitopia a try! This EMS system really works to build muscle. The actual workout is intense, but only lasts 20 minutes - time wise it’s convenient to hop in/hop out & have your workout done for the day. The atmosphere is welcoming & fun, music is upbeat, & the staff is knowledgeable, accommodating & fantastic!

Went to try this place out, they give you your first try for free to see how it works.
Anthony was very informative, walked me through the process and paperwork, and then we had a 20 minute workout with the EMS suite on.

I wasn’t sure what to expect. I workout 4-6 times a week and generally am fairly fit, but my god I was SO sore the next 2 days.

Love that it’s a 20 minute workout. Great for busy people and the price isn’t actually pretty good for a 1:1 personal training session.

The owner and two instructors I’ve had classes with have been so friendly, fun and motivating while totally kicking your butt. The workouts are tough and you’ll feel like you’re working muscles much deeper than a typical workout. EMS is definitely a must try if you’re interested in a new, fun way to workout!

I hate running. Sersly.. I do it for the workout but I don't like it. The FITOPIA workout made my muscles sore without running at all! I feel like I worked muscles I've never worked before.
