My boyfriend and I joined last week and are loving it so far. We love how clean the gym is and how welcoming everyone is. The turf is also a nice touch and allows you to get creative with your workouts. I cant recommend this gym enough.

I have been a long term Planet Fitness member for 10 years and just recently switched to Fitworks and so happy I did. The gym is always so clean and the staff is so friendly. 100% recommend this gym.

Incredible experience, went in to talk about a membership since I had just bought a home here in Warren. I got a gym tour, all of my questions were answered and felt welcoming. The service was so outstanding not only did I sign up for a contract but woke my wife up and brought her down to sign her up as well. I was just gym shopping, wasn't expecting to love the place that much and no further shopping was needed this will be our gym.

Suppose to be 30 a month.. they try charge me 52 randomly.. and just today try and charge me 102 bucks... luckily I'm knowing scams come in all size , shapes , and races.. I knew they wanted to scam me when they said they don't take cash

Only thing I would love is if they added dumbbells that went in 2.5lb increments instead of 5lbs, i have to supplement that at ysu rec. Beyond that I've been enjoying this gym since February!

I was misled by staff who told me that the facility—specifically the Niles, Ohio location—had an infrared sauna on-site. After I purchased my membership, I learned there is no such Infrared sauna. I spoke with the manager, who didn’t bother to take any of my information but assured me he would call me back in five days (which would have been last Monday). That call never happened. Buyer beware: the exercise equipment looks subpar compared to their competitor across the street, Planet Fitness. I would not recommend this facility unless you’re looking to downgrade—or unless you’re specifically seeking the limited services they provide. Once you sign up, you’re stuck. So make sure to use their free pass to tour the facility before committing, because once you do, you’re subject to the court system of the United Kingdom for arbitration. Good luck with that

I’ve been to multiple gyms and Fitworks is by far the nicest gym I’ve ever been a members of. It is the cleanest gym and the cleaning staff does an amazing job. The staff are all very friendly and all the members make an effort to get to know each other. They have nice equipment and always have the newest Alanis :)

LOVE THIS GYM!!! I honestly love the staff here! From the moment we stepped in for a tour with Aaron & Jackie — we knew this was going to be our new forever gym! Jackie always has a smile on her face and welcomes you kindly! AJ is always checking up on the members to see how everything’s going and he definitely gets things done!! Aaron is a great a leader for this team! These staff are always so friendly and welcoming! They are very encouraging and supportive! My husband and I enjoy working out there. Fitworks in Niles is THE gym to work out in if you live in the Niles area. It has great equipment, 24/7/365 access, incredible recovery options including Cryo, Hyrdo massage and a sauna. The staff is friendly and constantly cleaning. I would recommend stopping in to take a look!

Fitworks has a OUTSTANDING customer service and Hard working employees. Every single time I’ve been in the gym someone on staff is cleaning. They do have staffed hours so if you aren’t aware of that this can explain why you can’t get in or why you would be waiting if someone let you in so be aware of that. It’s posted by the door when you walk in.

What I LOVE so much about this gym is that it has equipment that NO one else in Niles has. Even one piece of equipment that you can do multiple exercise on. Everything is brand new and the hydromassage and Cryotherapy bed are wonderful. Sauna is super warm! It’s been amazing because I have been seeing so many people that I have known for years and years and everyone is saying the same things-Feels like home 💪

Good gym with lots of room for improvement. Aesthetics are wonderful, all equipment brand new and good quality. The only downside to this gym is a lack of machines, and the usual mediocre machines that you’d see at Planet Fitness. Very good value with 20$ a month.

I saw a new gym by my apartment and was interested so I looked it up and saw how cheap it is monthly with no extra fees during the year! I walked in got my membership and when I needed help with the app, they were very kind and quick to help me! I love the equipment, I love the Sauna and especially the relaxing hot/cold lounge, feels so good on my sore muscles! I definitely recommend FITWORKS gym!
