The Legacy studio is stunning!!! I took a candlelit yin class on Wednesday and it was the perfect mid-week reset. This location also has a ton of great merch from lotus & Luna, manduka, liforme, & more!! It’s every yogi’s dream space

I have been looking forward to the opening of this studio for months & it did not disappoint!!! The vibes are amazing, the staff make you feel so welcome, there are so many yogi merch options available for purchase, and i love love love the high ceilings. Flow is amazing yoga studio. The owners Shannon and Kevin and other instructors make you very welcome and I feel there like home. There is large variety of yoga classes for all levels. There is also nice community formed around the studio. I highly recommend Flow Yoga at Legacy Village for all your yoga needs.

I’m so excited flow has added another location to their studios giving even more options of times and types of practices. Legacy has the cutest shop in front, I’m excited to pick out some cute new apparel. Best of all the friendliness of the flow community continues to grow. It is one the most accepting and positive spaces I get to visit during my week. I leave every class feeling lighter and recharged. From teachers to fellow yogis everyone is excited to see you at class and engaging in your practice. I highly recommend flow for anyone interested in trying yoga for the first time, picking it back up or exploring new practices, they have so much to offer.
