Our East Liverpool location offers 24-hour access to help you stay on track no matter what life throws our way - even if it's late night sweating after a hard day’s work or early morning jog.
A healthy lifestyle doesn't happen by chance; we make sure that every single one of us can succeed whether they're just starting out fresh with a healthy lifestyle and looking for guidance through their first steps towards fitness goals (or veterans trying again after an unfortunate injury). We offer spinning classes, group exercise and personal training. We are empowering fitness for everyone.

This gym is fabulous! You feel like you’re part of a family! It has great equipment for any fitness level and offers a variety of group classes! It is very clean and the staff is super friendly and eager to help! It is quite affordable too! I highly recommend FLX Fitness!

the woman kim that owns deals with the phone inquires was absolutely RUDE, was very belittling on the phone. she peoceeds to tell you how its not her fault that her website charged my car?.. um yes it is when this is the third time ive called to cancel the membership. she mentioned that her website is "sketchy one the phone and advised me to use my laptop ?????? likeeeee okay???
update: KIM HAD THE AUDACITY TO CALL MY PHONE AFTER I CANCELED MY MEMBERSHIP YESTERDAY TO COMPLAIN TO ME ABOUT MY REVIEW.

I was a member years ago, left tried other gyms due to the old pricing, but was never satisfied with the others! Once they lowered the price to something far more affordable for me I came back and I love it here! 24/7, clean, not overwhelming, plenty of equipment for everyone!

This is my first time at FLX Fitness and I love the fact that if I want to go to the gym at 3:00am, I can! This is very convenient for those with busy lives. My first time really being in a gym and the people I talked to and was working with were all very nice and helpful. The setting was super comfortable and not once was I feeling uncomfortable or weird for not knowing what to do. I did a class with a room with some others and they all were nice and helpful. Definitely going back gonna bring my family to see if they like it as well
