Fly Bungee is AMAZING! I came for an aerial acrobatics class and Jaclyn was kind enough to let my 7-year-old join in. It turned out to be such a special experience! 💜
My daughter was challenged in all the right ways, using muscles she didn’t even know she had, building confidence with every try, and learning how strong and capable she really is. There were even a few “I’m being hard on myself” tears, but Jaclyn made sure she felt supported, seen, and included the whole way through.
By the end, she was smiling ear to ear and walking out with her head held high. Such a fun, empowering class! We’ll definitely be back, thank you, Jaclyn, for making it such a positive and confidence-building night!

Rachel was a very nice and supportive instructor! I'm not super fit nor am I super big on group fitness classes but this was a pretty nice atmosphere. I did the level one class which was surprisingly pretty intense. The last part was trying to "fly" which was the best part of the entire class. I look forward to coming back! :)

What an overall great experience!! We help a client event here and booked a private session and of course the class was fun, but they also managed expectations and helped everyone to feel comfortable before and during the workout. The facility itself was very clean and organized, as well as bright and cheery. Jaclyn was exceptional with her communication and flexibility, and Jen was amazing with her enthusiasm during the workout - without being too excited! ;)
Overall great experience and highly recommend to anyone who has considered trying!

This was a great experience & a lot of fun. I do have some physical limitations & the staff was very helpful in providing alternative moves. What are you waiting for? You need to do this. Me & my girlfriend's had a blast!

Some girls and I got to experience one class at Fly Bungee as one of our outings for a bachelorette party! It was our first time for all five of us so we weren’t doing anything crazy but still had tons of fun. Our class was a little over an hour long, which included a quick lesson on how to manage being in the bungee and then multiple songs that we worked out to. Our instructor was super sweet and helpful despite it being our first time. She made it super easy to follow while also letting us try a couple more challenging moves since we weren’t doing anything too intense. This isn’t something I would normally do on a weekly basis, but I would recommend to anybody looking to do something new and fun while also getting a good workout it. Our instructor captured a short video for us at the end of our session but the best part was during the active work out with the music for sure!

Excellent concept! Although, they need more level 1 classes for new people and beginners not comfortable advancing to the next level. Unfortunately you cannot take any of the other bungee classes until you take a level 1 course. But these are all wait listed for several weeks. Plenty of level 2 and 3 classes though!

Super fun! I am def not in the best shape or very coordinated lol! But they made sure to let everyone go at their own pace and were great at explaining each move. It was an amazing workout. You will leave sweating for sure!

I was told by my doctor that I needed to add cardio at least 4 x a week as part of an attempt to see if I can lower my cholestrol with life style changes. I have never enjoyed cardio workouts but my daughter suggested Bungee Fitness. "You will get your cardio while having fun" she said. So I thought I would give it a try. I am so pleased I did. I have been attending classes faithfully for 2 months and wouldn't dream of missing a class! It really is fun and this studio is absolutely awesome!

I'm from out of state. I signed up for the Fly Level 1 (you have to start at the beginner level) class. I arrived at 850. They opened the studio at about 905. There is a single restroom which was neat and clean. There was not a shower, but I brought wipes to wipe down after and that helped. The instructors were very nice and explained a lot. You are strapped in a bungee harness. The harness kind of hurt me, but I don't have as much meat on me so that could have been why. You have to be within a certain weight range to be able to do the bungee fitness and a minimum of a certain age (check out their website.) It is a fitness class, so while I didn't do as much as others in the class and took it at my own pace, I did still work up a sweat. It was fun, the instructors were great, and nobody pushed you to do the harder moves if you felt uncomfortable or nervous. They have some bottles of water and they also had 4 or 5 colors of tank tops. I'm not sure if this is a fitness place targeted to both men and women (I'm assuming so.) Overall, 4/5 stars.

Such a fun workout! Loved trying something fun and new. I always enjoy the instructors and they incorporate fun music! Very effective workout, I always leave feeling like I worked super hard. As a former competitive dancer I love the familiarity of the moves but it doesn't make my body hurt like all the previous years of beating my body up!

Jaclyn is a highly dedicated studio owner with a lifetime of dance and teaching experience. These classes are *no joke*. Expect a high intensity cardio workout that will truly have you sweating all while having fun and challenging yourself. If you’re somebody who needs a low-impact workout, this is for YOU!

I love coming to classes at Fly Bungee! The classes are challenging and definitely make you sweat, but Jaclyn is so supportive and it’s fun to be in classes where everyone is having a great time and I never feel judged when I don’t do something right.
Jaclyn has built an amazing community, and you should definitely check it out!!

Friend and I came for the level one class a few weeks ago. It was surprisingly sweaty and unsurprisingly fun! The ladies here are fabulous. They take great covid precautions as well, which we appreciated. Really happy we got a chance to workout here. The moves were easy to follow to the tune of the music. Like a dance class, but you get to fly in the air. :) Happy we could make it and hope we can come again soon!

The best workout!!! This place is nothing like I have ever experienced. I suffer severe back pain and have had multiple surgeries and this is the one workout I can do without struggling too much. The owner is awesome and truly cares about you. I can’t say enough about this place! So much fun & gets me excited to work out, which is rare for me.
