Kyle has been great to work with, he set up my routine within 2 days of talking to him. From lifts, to speed drills. I’m about two hours away, he is always available to take a call or a text. I would recommend him to anybody I know that’s looking to get back into working out or looking to upgrade their routine. He also helps with nutrition and getting the right energy for your body!

I first met Kyle when I joined Dynamic Souls Gym, where he led most of my classes. After that gym closed, the owner emailed everyone recommending Kyle’s personal training at Warehouse Gym in Grandview. Since I was already familiar with him, it was an easy decision to join.

Since training with Kyle, I’ve not only seen results in strength and durability, but I’ve also been able to come off my cholesterol medication. He’s always been flexible with his schedule when something comes up on my end. On top of that, his positive and enthusiastic personality makes him an excellent trainer.

Highly recommend! Kyle's workout plan is very well scheduled and I always left feeling like I worked harder than I could have without him! He's great at explaining techniques and working around any uncomfortable movements with an alternate exercise if needed.
