This is a great studio with all you need for a great workout. Barb and Jess are great trainers. Barb runs a great gym for women. Been going for over two years and will continue for years to come.

My mother and I stumbled into Forte right around Covid and haven’t looked back since. Barb is an amazing trainer and her studio is the best place for a woman looking to start her fitness journey or maintain a healthy lifestyle. Her classes and training sessions are great for all levels and I have found her challenges to be a great incentive to get myself motivated to see results. Highly recommend!

I have gone to Forte Fitness Studio for over 5+ years, the owner Barb is dedicated to women fitness and health. Her classes are for all fitness levels and welcoming. The classes are challenging but do-able. Barb teaches women to exceed and reach their fitness goals. I love this studio, Barb is amazing! She has kept me on track to continue my fitness routine for my heart, mind and body health. Highly recommend!

Everyone has a story. Someone in our 5 week challenge shared her story recently and started with that line. I thought, how true is that. My story has been hard but not as difficult as what some deal with.
In 2009 I had a successful military career and I loved it. It all ended on a deployment to Egypt where I was hit in the head by a light pole. This caused back and neck pain but also a mild traumatic brain injury whose full effects took some time to show themselves.
I medically left the military in 2011. I worked for the government for a few years and ultimately medically retired in 2016.
From here, I lost full confidence in myself. I had once been very athletic and now felt I couldn't do anything.
My sister had gone through Barb's program and I knew she had really liked it. I have followed her page for years and finally decided it was time to make some changes..
I already felt trust in Barb even though I have never met her because of her wide range of knowledge and education but also because she is a fellow veteran and runs these programs solely for women.
I have been in this program for three weeks and am seeing the results i needed to see. Not only am I rediscovering muscles I thought I would never get back in shape, but I am gaining so much confidence in my abilities again. I feel healthy. I feel strong. And my body is becoming toned again. My weight loss is slow but steady and I am seeing the physical results of a stronger body.
I highly recommend this to anyone. Those who are fit. But also those who, like me, are sitting in the shadows and have lost a sense of hope and belief in themselves. I am all about building each other up as women. This program does that!! And I can do it all at home and at my own time of choosing.
