When I first walked into Forza Fitness, I weighed about 160 pounds — lean but definitely on the skinny side. Fast forward to now, and the results speak for themselves (just check out my before and after pictures). I’m up to a solid 220 pounds, stronger, healthier, and more confident than I’ve ever been.
The trainers at Forza didn’t just hand me a cookie-cutter workout plan — they built a personalized program focused on strength, nutrition, and recovery. They pushed me hard, but in the best way possible. Every workout felt intentional, and I always knew they were invested in my progress.

I have trained with Ally at Forza Fitness, and I can’t say enough good things, five stars are barely enough! From day one, Ally’s been patient, professional, and super clear in explaining everything I need to do. She doesn’t just throw you into a workout; she breaks down form, why each exercise matters, how it helps you, and she always checks in to make sure I feel confident (and not about to hurt myself).

The facility is well-equipped and clean; there’s a great variety of equipment and training options, so no two sessions feel repetitive. Ally adapts workouts based on how I’m doing that day, whether I need more strength work, mobility, or cardio. She pushes hard but with kindness, which is exactly what a trainer should be like.

Hours are flexible enough that even with my unpredictable schedule I can make it work. The atmosphere is encouraging (not intimidating), and it’s obvious Ally really cares about more than just reps, she cares about progress, consistency, and helping me build sustainable habits.

If you’re looking for a trainer who listens, explains, and helps you grow, All-in, this is the place.

I've had a great experience. I come in, get straight to work and always leave feeling revived. Rachel already knows the areas I want to work on and develop. I've lost a lot of weight and I can see the muscle development in my arms and legs, especially in my arms. I wish I could put more than 5 stars. The environment is welcoming and friendly. The regulars are so sweet, and it becomes a place where you know the other trainers, including your own as well as the other people who work out around the same time as you. I've never had a better personal trainer. Rachel is 10/10. Incredibly supportive, hard working, and research based. You know, she knows exactly what she's talking about and what she's doing. I struggle with arthritis and she caters to my workouts to push me to be better but not hurt myself. I've gained strength back that I didn't realize I still had. After a bad surgery, my arm became very weak, I couldn't do pushups, lift weights as well, or even stretch completely above my head. Working with Rachel, I've accomplished all those things and more.
