I have been training for a long time without good results. Michael Fargoulis helped me to understand the importance of diet, tracking macros and changing my view towards workouts. I now move faster, lift heavier, eat healthier and sleep better, all this while having a lean physic and maintaining a balanced social life. Can't thank Mikey enough.

I cannot say enough great things about Mikey. I have been working with him for about it 2 years now and not only am I in the best shape I ever have been, but the amount of confidence Iβve gained is incredible. Mikey truly takes the time to give you 1 on 1 attention even when working with a big group of people. All his workouts are different so you never feel like youβre doing the same thing day after day. No matter your skill level, Mikey is always sure to cater to your needs and makes everyone feel supported and accomplished while working with him.
