This studio is terrific. Heidi has created a pleasant and fun atmosphere with a group of wonderful teachers who offer challenging classes and that also accommodate everyone’s needs and levels. There’s great care in addressing form and helping clients both get stronger, and use Pilates to work on issues like pain and injuries. My weekly classes at Fuerza have changed my body and are good for my mind. Highly recommended.

I can’t say enough great things about Heidi and this studio. It is a very laid back, supportive and encouraging atmosphere - every single time, regardless of who your instructor is. It’s the perfect place whether you are new to Pilates or have been doing it for years. The instructors will meet you exactly where you are each time but at the same time will still encourage you to try something new that you didn’t think you had in you. Spoiler alert: most days you find out that you do in fact have it in you to try something new. But even on days you don’t, you will always be celebrated for showing up and giving it your best.

This studio is great! I did lessons with Heidi alone, then moved to the studio. I was worried about “fitting in” like any other typical gym or fitness class, but this place was different. All of the other people there were very warm and inviting. You get challenged everyday and the hour class goes on flies by. You won’t regret joining the Pilates community!

Fuerza means strength which is exactly how you’ll feel after attending the classes at the studio. STRONG! I’ve never been disappointed in a class that I’ve taken and I always feel stronger after attending. The studio has a boutique feel, it is quiet, cute, and relaxing but don’t let that think you’re not working, because you’ll have a great workout after and feel amazing after. The instructors truly make you feel like family and help adapt exercises to your individual needs. I started Pilates in 2020 and continued throughout my whole pregnancy. I truly feel that the instructors at our studio helped prepare me for an easier pregnancy and delivery. The springboard, chair, jump board, and other equipment make the classes fun. There’s even a coffee bar to help you wake up!!

This boutique Pilates experience is a must! The instructors are truly talented, each bringing a unique twist to your workout. From classical to creative, the instructors support your goals and modify for injuries well. Ive been at several Pilates studios in town, and this has by far been the best workout and energizing environment. Owner Heidi is fun, vibrant, and comes from a family of Pilates studio owners in California.
