Terrible management. Locker got broken into and someone stole well over $500 worth of stuff. Place needs serious upgrades. Not to mention the previous manager swindled a couple dozen people out of thousands of dollars. If this new manager works out I will change my rating.

00000 stars for sure. Also I had fraudulent charges on my account. I signed up for 3 months of training and was promised only three months of charges. I was charged once over and made them aware and asked them to reimburse my money. Not that the manager Matt Kimmich was no where to find to stop my charges he was also only available via email. By the time he finally got back to me I was charged yet another month. If you wonder if I was reimbursed I wasn't. Not even a try to find resolution. What a terrible way of doing busines.

This fitness club is so run down and their equipment is very old. The A/C is constantly broken and their customer service sucks. You never can reach a manager and no one answers to your phone calls. I am pretty sure that this place will be closed down very soon because you can't run business like that!

20 years ago, this "place" used to Best Sports Club in town. Now, it is disgusting place running by RUDE and BAD people. it is a complete run down with rusted out lockers, original never replaced equipment, nasty dirty swimming pool area. It is truly amazing how this place can still be in business and not shut down by Ohio Board of Health. You cannot call this place neither Health or Sport Club under NO circumstances. I hope it will go bally up asap, and get bought by somebody with good intentions and knowledge of this business. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!

Sales practices by the manager are considered unethical. Myself and many others have filed complaints about unauthorized memberships, which all seem to have started with the manager named Rob. FX fitness associates have confirmed that these unauthorized memberships began when Rob took on a manager role earlier this year. There have been many failed attempts at trying to resolve the issue due to poor communication from FX Fitness Willoughby management. We are now questioning their sales practices and fraudulent memberships. If you have been a victim of this specific issue, please contact me to take further action.

The gym itself is crammed to the breaking point.

there is little room to manuever between all the machines, many of which are broken.

The free weight section is decent, but crammed into a tiny quarter of the upstairs. And again, cramped. Weights are never put back where they belong, and the equipment is at least 40 years old. I have seen better stuff on military bases in third world hellholes.

The pool is small, and the water is not treated properly I think. It smells INTENSELY of chlorine, well beyond what you'd expect, and I've been sick from it several times.

The men's locker room is disgusting. The latches on several lockers don't work, the showers look like something from a 1950's prison, and are probably about as sanitary.

Skip it. The gym meets the minimum requirements to be called one, but beyond that its got nothing to offer really.
