Joined up a couple weeks ago after spending 3 years at a Centerville gym. Very impressed with the equipment they have here! Their open room is amazing. For someone like me with joint issues, having sleds, battle ropes, and even curl bars with swivel handles have been a total game changer.

The gym itself is nice except i’ve been trying to cancel for 3 months now. I first emailed and they said to come in and request a cancellation form then I come in write down my email and they said they would email it to me and they never did. It is almost impossible to cancel a membership here and for that reason it’s a 1 star.

Bad business dealing. Sucks because they have incredible gym equipment. They will charge your card nonstop and won't allow you to cancel membership even if it's same day. Money hungry people that had to change business name for new reputation.

I cancelled my membership months ago. I called in and spoke directly to the staff. It was soon after I paid for the membership fees of that month. So they had about a month notice. I blocked them on my bank account after that. They keep trying to charge me month after month. I’ve sent multiple emails and have tried to communicate with them multiple times. This is not an honest way to do business. Not much further down the road are several gyms with much nicer facilities and an abundance of equipment. The only reason I came here in the first place was because they were extremely relaxed on the masking and Covid policy. Now I know they just make up all their own rules.

Your reply is false. The form was sent back. I don’t know why you did not receive it. The answer is not to continue to try to charge an account. I have not used your service in months. Yet despite everything you claim that the form wasnt returned.

Signed up here after moving to the area, and it's pretty great! To have a traditional gym area, a field room to do whatever warmups, free weight and barbell exercises you want, a class studio, and a turf room is awesome. Even when it's crowded with training, I love being here - just good energy, and plenty of ways to get a good workout in.

Phenomenal local gym, if I lived in the area then I'd be a member in a heartbeat. The staff is caring and are always there to motivate you at achieve your goals.

To the bad reviews on this - cancelation policies such as "30 day notice" are very common procedures in the fitness industry. If you do not like standard procedures, don't sign and agree to it. In turn, don't leave a negative review that can hurt a local business because you signed and agreed to a policy that you don't agree with.

I wish more people would go out of their way to leave good reviews rather than only leaving a review when a situation does not benefit them.

I have been a part of this gym for three years and counting. To begin, the owners put every single second of every day into improving the gym for all of the members. Rebecca and Chico hardly have time for themselves outside of the business and they love it, they absolutely love being involved with the community and building a relationship with anybody who walks through the doors. The facility is the cleanest out of any I have seen & the equipment is well cared for. The trainers at the gym love what they do and love helping everyone improve. There is a reason I have been here for so long, this gym is home and everyone is a family!

My son has trained with one of the owners for a few years now. Not only is Chico building his physical body and mind but he’s become a mentor my son admires. Chico has taught him what a true athlete needs besides just physique(nutrition and recovery). Also, this gym was wonderful with my son when he tore his quad. They improvised his workouts as well as did recovery training beyond what was expected. They go above the rest and truly think of their members as family.

Signed up for the boxing classes, the head boxing instructor emailed everyone saying she was moving on and took almost all the equipment (including boxing ring and bags). On top of that the other boxing instructor told me to "YouTube it," when I asked him how to throw an uppercut correctly. I went to the front counter to cancel my membership and was told theres no way to cancel (which was a lie) and that I can still box in there with no equipment at all. Do not go to this gym, planet fitness is 100x better and not rude. Hope this business go bankrupt, they shouldn't even be open.

I love this gym. It has a friendly atmosphere every time you walk in. It has a nice personal feel as you get to know people. I love the classes! The gym is clean and equipment stays up-to-date. I see the owners around a lot and they are nice. I use the childcare too and it's great!
