Personal trainer Physical fitness programAbout the Club
On-Site personal training featuring the only ARXfit equipment in Ohio (under 30 minute sessions). Perfect for busy parents who want to gain strength, lose inches, restore confidence, and keep up with the kids - Safer than typical free weights and machines and far more efficient. Tired of the one-size-fits-all approach to exercise? Everyone has a unique history and everyone finds themselves in circumstances that can change quickly. My approach allows us to adapt to whatever level is appropriate for you on given day of a given week and optimize your performance in a fraction of the typical time. So you can build strength and burn fat in less time and STILL make it home in time for dinner, the recital, or even the big game.

Tony is great and the ARX is the most effective equipment in existence. I've been making steady, measurable progress every week. The workouts are super short, like 7 minutes, but intense enough to stimulate positive adaptations and keep me building muscle and gaining fitness all week long.

At first, I was somewhat skeptical that any adaptive resistance machine would be comparable to the workout and the pump that I achieve in the gym with free weights. I admit, Tony at Gateway Health & Strength proved me wrong with the ARX.
If physical fitness is what you are looking for, you've got to contact Tony at GHS and check out his unique style of training and equipment.

Went to gateway health and strength and met with Tony. Tony was great at explaining everything and walking me through how the equipment works and how to workout with out putting too much stress on the body. Overall it was a great experience and I highly recommend stopping in for a workout if you haven’t already!

Tony at Gateway Health & Strength has changed my opinion of Personal Trainers. He helped me Workout efficiently and get Cardio in all while staying in downtown Canton. How do I find time to workout? I see Tony at Gateway. Thank you for the Exercise.

I’ve been working with Tony Briese at Gateway Health and Strength for six months now and have been extremely impressed with the experience. Tony’s studio setting facilitates one on one training with a personalized focus on my individual needs . I’ve also never seen the space anything other than super clean.
What first attracted me to Tony was the amazing piece of equipment he has called the ARX Machine which allows you to strength train in the most efficient (and safe) way possible. You can actually get a comprehensive full body strength training session in within 20 minutes. And, to my knowledge, this is the only one of these machines currently available in Ohio.
That, along with Tony himself, make Gateway a true hidden gem of downtown Canton (and northeast Ohio). If you are looking to strength train in a safe and clean environment and do so without spending an excessive amount of time in a crowded gym, I’d definitely recommend Gateway Health and Strength as something worth looking into.
