I started training here in February, coming in three times a week as a complete beginner to kettlebell and strength training. From day one, Serenity has been incredibly patient and thorough—she takes the time to explain each movement in detail and makes sure I’m doing it correctly. Thanks to her guidance, I’ve not only gotten stronger but also gained so much confidence in myself.
What really stands out is the supportive atmosphere. Every trainer I’ve met has been kind, encouraging, and genuinely invested in helping people succeed. Honestly, you’d be lucky to work one-on-one with any of them. This place has been such a positive part of my journey, and I can’t recommend it enough.

Generation Strong offers some of the most educated barbell and kettlebell training I’ve seen (and I’ve been a lifter most of my adult life, with several coaches and trainers on and off of competition). It’s a community-oriented gym with a welcoming atmosphere. Not intimidating, but also a serious place to learn how to strength train. The members take care of each other and every time I walk in there there is laughter and smiles. Nothing better than exercise, with people you enjoy being around, in a clean, bright, healthy atmosphere of encouragement and empowerment.

Generation Strong played a crucial role in my preparation for multiple Spartan races and, most recently, the OCR World Championship. The personalized training plans, the challenging classes, and the constant encouragement from the trainers were foundational in my success. My results have been better than I expected, and I owe a huge part of that to the incredible environment and expertise at Generation Strong.

This is the only place I've stayed for over a few months. The atmosphere is very welcoming, the trainers are dedicated, and I love the tailored workouts for open gym, which keep me on track. The different options for private training (1 to 1, semi, group) also allow me to experience different techniques and fit my workouts into my variable schedule. I am very happy to be a part of this place! :D

I would give more than 5 stars.
We've been coming here for a little over two years now. We started with a personal trainer, Serenity, before adding group training and solo workouts. The workouts are exactly what you need based on the conversation you have with your trainer.
The amount of strength gains in the last two years is incredible. We're really, really happy with all of it. Serenity, Lisa, and Josee all listen, get to know you, and know how motivate you without overdoing. The team is so knowledgeable and the GS community is supportive so you don't feel out of place.
They also pair up with the running community as well as physical therapists, so it all feels holistic. We love it.
If you're thinking about it... Just do it. 😏

The best part about working out at Generation Strong is that I've never felt intimidated or like I didn't belong from the first day I walked in. You don't get the territorial gym vibes that are often present at other gyms, feeling like you have to "earn" your spot. You are instantly welcomed, treated with respect, and Serenity honor your goals and meets you where you are at when you first start training. She challenges you to push yourself, but never in a way that makes you feel like you are not doing enough. I've made more progress at Generation Strong in 6 months than I have in years at other gyms.

Training at Generation Strong has definitely changed my life. It helped give me discipline, focus and mental and physical strength. The trainers really focus on proper & safe technique. The individual focus is exactly what I was looking for. My sessions are a high quality, intentional & private time to work on building strength. The gym itself is beautiful, clean & filled with high-end equipment. The availability of nutritional help, infrared sauna and collaborations with area experts (they bring in a stretch specialist, nutritional expert, host workshops etc) is an added bonus. There are great group classes as well. It's an inclusive, polished and technique-focused environment that anyone can benefit from. Highly highly recommend :)

I started working with Serenity and her crew more than a year ago and I don’t regret it. I’ve learned that I’m much stronger than I thought I was and that women can lift heavy and look good doing it. The trainers are great and very encouraging. This ain’t a gym for lunk alarms or roid ragers. It’s a place where you can feel comfortable regardless of your skill level and get the guidance you need to progress to the next level. The class options and training sessions are great and you always get feedback on your form whether you’re barbell training or kettlebell training. I guarantee that whatever you do, you’ll be hooked.

This is the best gym I’ve ever been to, and Serenity’s training is so holistic and individualized. The place is clean and aesthetically pleasing. I actually enjoy my practice now, and feel each exercise in my whole body. I can’t wait to get a one on one with the rest of the coaches!
