I’ve had an outstanding experience. It’s close to home and the members are amazing. Staff greet you with a smile and at times Browns excitement (I won’t hold that against them) and happy to see you come through the door. I recommend Get Fit 24 to all my friends. Keep up the good work.

Great gym! Has absolutely everything the casual person looking to stay healthy and/or to get in shape as well as the equipment for hard core bodybuilder/lifter. No waiting for machines or free weight as there are plenty of space & options, with more coming. Having a wonderful staff, ownership & members is the bonus and reason to stay!

Best gym in the city!!! If you say anything negative about this gym it’s on YOU! Very friendly, welcoming staff and owners. Equipment is pretty much up to date & they have a variety of different things to use, plenty cardio, and best yet is that they are adding on as we speak with more space, sauna, cold plunge, massages and posing room!!! Super excited for all this. Members and staff treat you like family. Oh and during holidays or weather situations you don’t have to worry about the gym closing because it’s 24/7 when you’re a member!!! You tell me what’s better;) come check it out if you haven’t already

I am so in love with this gym! The staff here is AMAZING to say the least! I’m always welcomed and greeted with a smile when I walk in. BAD MANAGEMENT! On Jan 1, my husband and I paid for a year of membership to the GF24/7 "Power" location down the street. We happily worked out there 3-5 times a week for 9 months. My only complaints during this time were that the womens' bathrooms were completely out of order for 4 months, and the lat pulldown cable was genuinely frighteningly thin. And even that, I looked past and worked around because I liked the rest of the gym. Then one day on Sept 9, I arrive to find people carrying equipment out of the building. A woman (who I later found out via email was the owner Amber) came up to me, saying that the gym was closed and that I should check out the other location. Confused, I came to this location while checking my email for any kind of communication I had missed. There was none. I arrived to find that this location is NOTHING like the other one. While the other had mostly clean, new-ish equipment, this one has a real mixed bag. Gotta say, the bench I used here was the hardest, slipperiest bench I have ever used. It actually made bench press harder in a dangerous way. And this place was so crowded, I eventually gave up waiting for equipment and just left in the middle of my workout. I went home and emailed the owners, asking: WHY NO COMMUNICATION?? Why wasn't there ANY warning that the gym I had attended for nine months was closing? Amber wrote back: "We sent several messages out. It has also been all over out social media platforms." I have scoured my email. They had my correct contact info. There was no message. They also deleted the social media accounts of the Power location, so I don't know how I was supposed to know to check my gym's instagram for news. Amber writes back: "Terms subject to change." I have repeatedly requested a $200 refund. I paid $650 for a year membership, and only got 9 months of gym. They have ignored my messages since then, although they did accidentally send me a newsletter saying that they're almost (but not quite) done with that expansion that will definitely fix the turbo-crowding! Oops! "Terms subject to change" doesn't mean you get to change the terms of a contract whenever you want and everyone else just has to deal with it.

As of Aug 15 I am updating my review to 5 stars! I think after they expand it will be even better.
Got a month long membership, and this is a decent gym with all types of machines. The dumbbell rack is big with multiple of the same weights. Couple of squat racks, but I never had to wait to use one. This is a good gym that might be showing it's age a little bit, but I think they are extending the gym, and I am sure it will really make this place a top tier.
Reviews about the young dude with hat/beanie are true he kind of does not care AT ALL. but I guess everyone has different personalities. Few other reviews about people staring, personallyI did not experience any of that I feel comfortable here. I just work out and head home.

I will be moving into the area. So I was trying local gyms. Some have free trials. Some do not. It was between here and personalized. My first tour of this place boy was I turned off. The kid who was this young man with straight long hair and beanie seemed to legit not care. He said so these machines are over there, these machines are over there.. lockerooms there... bye... and almost ran away from me. Also loud bass from Rap music was blasting. Ive been to a lot of gyms and its difficult for gyms to pick the right music I know. Whatever it is should be low and in the background as mood music. Not taking the place over and loud enough where the people working out cant even hear their own stuff. I decided to give it another try for a tour. The girl this time was the polar opposite. Very nice. Very informative. So I said okay I will try their day pass. Low and behind I went when mr beanie with long hair was there. Rap music blarring. Didn't really care. Got an awful vibe from him. just awful. The place had just been cleaned. Thats good. Some of the machines show their age and need new coverings. Some people show'd signs of poor gym etiquette. I know this took over the previous gym here which did not have good ratings. If the owner continues to allow this. this place will not have good ratings either.

You mentioned the music... If its on a loop..okay ..lower the music...holy cow

I also mentioned the bad service i got from the young man working the desk. You completely ignored that. Looking at your response to other reviews i was hoping i would get something like,
Sorry you had a bad experience i will touch base with my desk workers to assure that doesnt happen again.

Instead i got what was almost a response like you were ready to have a fist fight.

Gyms for years had a vibe and rep of being nothing but roided up lunk heads who chased everyone not like them away. Ive never experienced that in many years. Until now.

Im sorry you took offense to my review. But you are the owner. Its your job to take all reviews good and bad to heart so that the next potential member will either have just as good an experience or a better one than someone like myself. You may have loyal members, but the cost of doing business is going up. You will need to spend more to make more . I understand you have passion and pride in both your gyms. Let that translate into how you respond to criticism.

This is my 3rd year being a member of this gym. I LOVE it! I have been to gyms all over Ohio and out of state as well; it’s one of the best. It is clean, the members and the staff are incredible, and the equipment can rival some of the bigger gyms. The owners are always looking to improve the equipment and experience. Even the smallest problem gets resolved when something goes wrong or is broken. This place is like a second home to me and I’ll never go anywhere else! ❤️

Definitely a ghetto place,been going there for over 4 months, haven't seen a staff member clean anything,they should just turn it into a coffee shop they way they let people come in an just gossip,if the staff or other so called members have a problem with someone then they should give them there money back,once my yr is up I definitely won't be going back.👎

Super weird vibes from the people working out there. Walked in trying to get membership no one was working. Walked to the back to check for staff no staff to be found. All the people were staring as my wife and I were checking out the facilities, overheard another guy talking bad about us. Seems like sub par facility with sub par people working out there. Oh and it smelled really bad. Would avoid

Really enjoy the gym. I go around 8 am and there's always room. It seems very clean with ample spray bottles and rags to wipe equipment after use. Membership price seems reasonable. The music is good too if you forget your head phones which is fantastic cause I can't stand working out without music. Would definitely recommend to a friend

I’ve been going here since they opened & actually got a tour before the doors were opened.... I’ve never loved working out so much just because of the atmosphere & staff. This is the place to be & we have actually have had multiple friends join after taking a tour. I’ve lost 30 pounds & have toned up muscle dropping two pants sizes & shirt sizes because of the motivation i get here no competition just everyone trying to reach life goals..... Hi we been wanting to join your gym my son and my wife and I because it’s close to the house we do belong to a gym called LA Fitness over in the Falls but it’s to far and out of the way to drive we are paying $20 a month there to workout but it’s to far to drive and very busy , we want to join your gym in Fairlawn but it’s way to high in price for us and they are not willing to work with my family to give us a deal to help us out so we can join and start back working out again I wish they would help us so my family could join we do know Vern the trainer real well from when we belonged to Fitness 19 a few years back we love the location it would work for us if they would work with us on the to high of a price they are charging for there membership ! So please work with us I am a senior my wife is a little younger and my son is 20 yrs old and love working out but we like a gym that reasonable and close by So please help us get fit again we would join tomorrow if you had a good deal for us to join your gym we can’t pay $35 a month to join even $30 a month is to much so get back with us soon and let us know yes Planet Fitness is close and cheap but they don’t have half the equipment you have plus there to busy in the evening!
