I have low vision, but I am able to use a computer if I zoom in. I spent about 45 minutes on the website, but was not able to find a schedule for classes. I was very interested in taking a class on Sunday. I thought well if they don’t List their schedule and they don’t answer their phone but Google maps says they’re open, maybe I’ll just go there in person and talk to somebody. I called twice, and I made the effort to come in person and show up, when Google maps said they were open, but when I got there at 1:30 the place was locked up and dark and no one there.I’m at a bit of a conundrum, I don’t know how to find out when they’re actually open and are giving classes. I don’t know why the schedule is not made available on the website? Apps are not very usable or friendly for me,

I really like looking up into the cavernous ceiling of the heated studio room here. Parking can be a little tricky at times, typical of the Clintonville area, but usually you can find a spot on a side street. I appreciate that this studio sells various brands of popular yoga mats (I’ve seen Liforme, Lululemon, Manduka, B Mats, Jade). I have taken class (“Slow Burn”) with Andy King a handful of times and he is just lovely…you can tell that this is not his first rodeo. Highly recommend him! I also have taken a class with Dana B. and she has a fun alternative vibe, eclectic music selections.

Amazing studio! I've been attending classes here for years and really love the energy of the space. All of the instructors are really sweet and welcoming. I don't know how I would get through winter without Give! And it's an extra bonus in the summer.

I messaged them 2 times about a package I bought, and no response back. Not very communicative.

Visited this studio with my mom for the Easy Like Sunday Morning class, and was very impressed. The studio is gorgeous, the instructors welcoming, and I love the flexibility given during the class to move in a way that works best for you. I do a lot of cycling and lifting, and my body felt refreshed after this. Will definitely come back when in town.

I tried dipping my toes into multiple yoga studios around columbus upon first moving to the area. As soon as I arrived for my first class at GIVE, I stopped shopping around and felt I had found my “home”. Every instructor offers their own personal touch to classes, and it’s clear to they are encouraged to bring their passion and joy to class. The community I’ve built as a member is indescribable, and both studio locations are heavenly. Would highly recommend the 2 week pass for anyone considering checking this place out!

This studio is beautiful, and extremely clean. I go to Jenny’s classes and she is an amazing yoga teacher. Her classes are the perfect mix of challenging, yet comforting. You can tell she is truly passionate about yoga. Can’t recommend her classes enough!

The classes can be great. Many wonderful teachers. I wish they required silence in the classroom before class begins. It can get very loud and chatty with lots of folks expecting to socialize while you are settling onto your mat, when I just want to go in and practice and be quiet. :)

I don’t recommend going to this yoga studio if you have never been before. They don’t take walk-ins they didn’t return their calls and the lady at the front desk was meaning to be nice but unapologetic about turning away someone who was in town wanting to practice yoga. I wished no worries but I would not come back. I recommend Go yoga.

Thank you for providing a thoughtful and peaceful space to develop my intention and attempt at mindfulness. The opportunity to reflect (and sweat!) brings gratitude, hope and joy into my day. Namaste

Attended classes on and off over the last decade. I'm not particularly athletic or great at yoga (I did say on and off!). So love that I still find a lot of options throughout the week for a beginner. There are usually a fairly diverse group in my classes. The instructors are outstanding, hospitable. They seem to have very different styles, so try a few. I was raised in a faith background that doesn't practice yoga, and I think the classes would feel accessible to people from any spiritual background.

A few tips: I prefer yoga at room temp, so I filter the schedule by rooms that aren't heated. There's no parking lot at the Clintonville space, so you'll be glad if you read the recommendations on their website before visiting. If you browse the schedule from your internet browser, click on Reserve to see more details about each class. There is a separate click to actually make your reservation.

First time at this studio on 10/6/19. Gorgeous space and layout. Instruction is top notch and the community is so friendly and welcoming. I got to meet the owners (husband and wife) and they are so down to earth and caring about my experience. Will 100% be back.

Great yoga class! Hot vinyasa 60 w/Alexandria in Clintonville, very nice flow. She was great and had a great voice! Beautiful space. Worked up a sweat and felt invigorated afterwards. I think I feel asleep during corpse pose...snored a little, unfortunately, I do that quite often (I can sleep anywhere, anytime). Strongly recommend.

Went to the German Villiage location twice this week (6am Morning Power with Amanda on Wednesday and Raleigh on Friday) while on a trip to Columbus and thoroughly enjoyed both classes! Everyone I encountered was warm and friendly and the classes were challenging but accessible! Highly recommend!

Love the yoga classes. Felt a little offended when they spoke to me about my card not being up to date as if I was trying to get classes for free. I have been going to this studio for 5 years and have never had an issue. Perhaps it was the harsh interaction I had with one woman in particular. Hope that they work on their customer service and don't continue to give unnecessary attitude at give yoga.

One of the best studios I've been to and certainly the best I've been to in Columbus. I've been practicing there ~2-3 times per month for several months now and I leave impressed after every single visit. I've been to classes with at least 5 different teachers and they each have a unique style that keeps lessons fresh and exciting. The studio is also very well-kept and extremely clean. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming as well. Prices are very fair. Parking isn't an issue as they are located near the corner so there's always plenty of spots on the side street.

I love Balanced Yoga! I am currently doing the 2 weeks of unlimited classes for $25 (SO AFFORDABLE!) This lets me try a few different classes a week and make sure I like the classes and instructors before signing on to a monthly/yearly contract. I am new to yoga so have been taking some slow flow classes and I LOVE THEM. Highly recommend Hot Rise and Shine with Andy, a perfect way to start the morning. I also love Restorative in the evenings with Colleen- her chanting at the end of class gives me all the feels. I also really like that they have a phone app where you can easily find the schedules and sign up for classes. My friends and I have been using this a lot as a way to communicate to each other which classes we are signed up for, and what each class is about.

This studio was not what I was looking for. It felt cold and commercialized--there is a mountain of overpriced merchandise greeting you at the front door, and the woman at the desk was trying to sell a $150 mat to a guy in front of me. Class was pretty crowded. Being on High Street, we could hear all the traffic outside and the floors were creaky; just tough to really zone out and relax. Plus, they do not offer prenatal classes, which I later found myself looking for.

They currently have 3 studios, one which is ideal for hot yoga with a big ceiling and fans. They have high quality manduka blocks and pillows. But, most importantly every one of their staff is wonderful and very helpful! I've been going nearly a month now and love the way I feel when i'm done! I highly recommend balanced!

I recently did the two week $25 Unlimited Pass and fell in love with Balanced Yoga. I was, and am, still new to the world of Yoga, only taking 1-2 classes a week for the last few months at OSU. I had enjoyed it so much I decided to step into a real studio and experiment with different styles and classes and am so glad I did. The space itself is wonderful -- you instantly feel lighter, and more centered and everyone is so nice. Cait at the front desk knew my name without looking up my account, and I had only talked to her in passing maybe once. I was so impressed and it made me feel even more at home in the space. The classes and instructors are amazing -- I have been able to experience 4-5 different teachers and have liked every single one. Toasty Yin on Sundays is a fantastic way to deep stretch and prepare for the week ahead, and hot power vinyasa has been this unexpected meditation that makes me feel strong, and at home in my own body and it's ability to do hard things. Alexa and her Hot Basic Vinyasa Class has been my absolute favorite. She finds this wonderful balance of pushing you at the top of the sequence when you need to be reminded that you are actively engaging in your practice, but also finds encouraging words that keeps you breathing and centered. I am heartbroken that my two weeks is over, and as a graduate student can't afford $100 a month to keep going. I will still drop in for a class once a week, but I do wish there was a monthly discount for students in addition to the discount they provide for the drop-in classes. I have thought about trying less expensive studios around Columbus, but my soul found a peaceful home at Balanced! If you're even thinking about giving it a try, absolutely do!

Beautiful studio. Great classes. Instructors teach yoga deeply, but don't overwhelm.

If you get the chance, take Elaine T.'s foundations class. No matter what level I may be in the upcoming years, I will always take this class when I can.

Yippee! I just saw the Hard Rd location opened! Cannot wait to attend a class there. It will be much more convenient for me as it is on my side of town. I have always attended the classes in Clintonville in the past. That studio is one of the only places I can take a Mysore class. I have taken their other classes before but felt that I was able to expand my practice through the attention given to me from the instructors. I practice at home but always feel that the adjustments given here help to deepen my practice. It is a clean facility with all the props needed. They have things for you also if you forget, i.e water, towels, mats. I recommend!
