Christina is amazing and a master of her craft. Since starting at Glass City Pilates, my mobility has markedly improved and I have achieved more mental clarity. Christina's Somatic pilates classes take the mind-body experience to a completely different level! A perfect way to end the day! The studio is also very calming and relaxing! Thank you Christina for all your attention to detail and individually tailoring each session!

Christina's table sessions have been amazing for addressing the muscle imbalances I have developed over the years. My core is functioning at an all time high and I'm feeling muscles working I never knew existed! This is also helping my chronic hip and shoulder pain too. Christina's the best!!

Christina helped me tremendously with triggering specific muscles and core strengthening. Her table sessions are terrific.

Working with Christina has been an awesome experience. When I started with her I had severe/chronic pelvic alignment issues which caused a lot of pain and also bulging discs in the lumbar. We started with very basic yoga/stretching/pilates and after 3 or 4 sessions we moved onto the trap/Cadillac table. The progress each week is incredible and the pain has decreased quite a bit, I am back working out daily for the past 6 weeks. Major surgery was something I was considering and when I first started I had low expectations. The progress we have made in 16 weeks has been amazing and exceeded expectations ten fold. I would strongly recommend working with Christina. Her knowledge of the body, specifically the muscles, ligaments, fascia (soft tissue-etc.....) is impressive and the program was very specific to my issue and not just a general workout. We continue to make great progress and I am very thankful for the opportunity to work with her.

Christina knows what each person needs as she works with them and if you are willing to do the work she will help you stay flexible and strong. The trap table can be intimidating to look at but it will work for you where you are on your journey to health.
