Cool staff and plenty of variety in the equipment. Like any gym it can get busy at times but most people working out don't linger on the machines or hog the free weights. Cleaning crew keeps it cleaned up really well.

Polite, friendly staff, clean facilities. All the things you need in a gym, nothing you don't. Good range of free weights and machines, no group classes, the cardio movie theater's kind of cool and there are always free machines and weight benches.

I appreciate the fact that the employees appear to be in great shape,and some look like they actually compete! I have been a member for a few months now,I wa active last year but funds got tight. When I showed back up to renew my gold membership,months later,the staff recognized me as a familiar face and welcomed me back with open arms. I felt like I came home . Great Gm,staff is on point,and the facility stay clean!

the best part of the gym is the people working at the counter and some of the things inside the gym beyond that if u ever wish to cancel your membership its next to impossible as they provided different answers from there main office stated they couldn't help me because the gym i signed with was a franchise but the first time i called got sent a link which took me to the webpage which i never used and has no visibly link to cancel for anyone who not supper familiar with there sight if its even on there on the number on my chain gives a different webpage to cancel but it doesn't work tryed making me sign up for a free guest pass and then wouldn't load the gym i was at i was convinced i could cancel if i move as i told him i might have to move soon and he insured me i could come in and get it taken care of and canceled but he was no longer there when i called in to do so the hardest and worst experience in trying to cancel i have ever experienced but the people on the location on morse road are amazing on how they treat there customers would use them but would never sign up under a contract with this gym ever again customer service on the corporate end is horrible but believe just there way of stopping u from canceling would not wish my experience on anyone but again those employed in the gyms treat there customers well there system is jacked up

Don't listen to what Anneli says, I've been a member here for 2 years the Gold Pass value is legit. Generally a clean gym with very few problems with the equipment. Staff is courteous and down to Earth, the staff always talks to me when I come in and Chris at the front desk is a good guy. If you're looking for a new gym or a cost effective one, you can't beat this place.

Clean. Attentive and pleasant workers. Nice, new, modern equipment. Very good value for the monthly fee. Probably the best dollar for value gym I've ever been to.

Going downhill fast. I have been a member since they opened in January. it stated out good. it has been getting progressively worse every month. their express trainer system ( which I was told would be up and running in a few weeks) has still not been installed 1 year later.

the manager is rude and disrespectful to his employees and women. the staff don't respect him. when he is gone in the evenings and weekends the place is a hot mess. the staff members work out instead of checking customers in. and apparently let their children run around unsupervised.

stay away if you can!
