Our facility is a semi-private fitness studio, and so much more! We offer small group and individual Personal Training, Group Classes, Massage, Yoga, Lifestyle and Nutrition Coaching, Physical Therapy; all in a clean, non-intimidating environment. Whether your goal is weight loss, improving health, or gaining strength and mobility, our fitness facility has the equipment and staff to help you succeed. Our staff includes up to 35 year veteran Personal Trainers, Physical Therapists, Massage Therapists, Dietitians, and Yoga instructors. We work predominantly with an adult population who appreciate our safe and effective programming with the accountability a fitness professional will provide.

I am 75 and the doc said the best way to overcome back problems was using core and supporting muscles to support the back. Note,
mine had gone to sleep for 3 years as I babied my back. Had become pretty much immobile .
A friend recommended GB's and I took the plunge. The facility offers everything needed, including the staff. Rebecca not only has the
knowledge but listens to you and structures the program based on your circumstances. Her sense of humor also helps get you over the rough spots.
I am only on my first workout pkg but have seen the beginning of results the doc said would come.
I was pleased enough to increase my session time from 30 min. to an hour and am looking forward to my next pkg. BTW, the options to purchase the pkg that is right for you are great.

I have been working out with JR Glenn for almost 37 years. I have a back fusion which has been a problem for 23 years. JR has gotten me to where I can live with it and do most everything I want to do. I weigh 123 lbs. and deadlift 120lbs. and sometimes a little more. I usually work out with weights and do not have osteoporosis thanks to my weight training. Good Bodies is like a family. The trainers all know you and welcome you to work out. Even most of us who train there say hello when we come in. Canβt recommend it more highly!πͺπ»πͺπ»

Update:
I am not longer "relatively new" to Good Bodies. It has now been over a year since I started training with Greg. I still love this place. It is clean, well-run, and staffed by real professionals. Greg has always been patient and encouraging, met me where I'm at, and been able to answer all my questions. I feel better than ever and continue to work on new health goals. There's a reason people stick around at Good Bodies.

I'm relatively new to Good Bodies but have been nothing but impressed! At 63 years old I needed help with some nagging physical issues and wanted to make sure going back to the gym wasn't going to do more harm than good. Greg has been excellent at identifying the underlying causes of my issues and has been equally skilled at designing an individual program for me that addresses those issues. Even though it has only been a short time, I can already feel the difference.
In addition, the gym is clean, well equipped, and friendly. I highly recommend Good Bodies.

I have been going to GoodBodies since early 2021 and it is now mid 2023. I am delighted with it. It is a very well-organized, sensibly-run facility. The trainers have solid educations in sports physiology, anatomy, nutrition, and physical therapy. Many customers are physicians, architects, engineers, a good mix of women and men, centered on ages 30s to 70s. This is the best exercise training I have ever gotten, always planned well (but not overplanned!) The session plans are intelligent and well-judged. A workout by professionals for grown-ups. Jeff Holdinsky in particular has been a perfect match for me. I am early 60s, demanding job with lots of travel, he has adapted his workouts to my situation. A huge improvement in health, fitness, and mood. A great spot and very convenient to my residence. I think all the coaches are good, and the managers at GB will find a good match for you.

I have been working out with Jack at Good Bodies for 30 years. I believe he is the best all around Trainer in Columbus. His knowledge of the human body goes deeper than just exercise. I have recommended him to many of my friends and they all agree he is terrific. Jack has not only helped me with my training throughout the years but has become an even better friend. This is a great small gym. A relaxed friendly environment. I have been taking yoga from Constance for years and she is an amazing teacher and human being. Her Thai bodywork is just what everyone needs! I have had two trainers so far. The most recent is Jill. She is perfect for this 67 year old body. She focuses on proper form and is very encouraging through the process. I highly recommend the folks at Good Bodies.

Good Bodies is an excellent establishment. They have a very knowledgeable staff and they provide services with the highest levels of professionalism catering to your needs as a customer. Personally, I use their services for bod pod and found that even though I am just paying for bod pod services, Greg always sits down with me to discuss the results. He takes the time to understand what I am doing and tries to provide a useful external insight into my current diet and exercise plans. He is always very receptive, positive, and provides useful information within the bounds of his knowledge without being overly pushy. He is always positive. I have recommended them to several personal friends and I would do so to anyone here.

One year ago today was my first training session at Good Bodies. Wow! What a difference a year makes.
I committed (by telling a friend) that I would at least try a gym for 3 months but with great hesitation. Then in stepped Jack and his decision to match me up with Michael. That decision has changed my life. Michael's guidance, encouragement, patience and laughter have taken me to a level I never thought I would accomplish in this lifetime. As you both know, I am now a "regular" at the gym 2-3 times a week. That's so weird to think, even now.
The entire staff at Good Bodies has always been welcoming, encouraging and helpful every single time I walk through the doors. I truly can say I never felt that way at any gym even for one day.
So I salute both of you for the fine establishment and personnel you have fostered and created over these years. For that I will be forever thankful. I now believe that a gym can be a positive experience and can empower me to be the best me I can be.

A class act, run for over 20 years by fitness professionals who tailor routines to fit clients' individual needs, this well-run and very clean fitness facility features high quality personnel, programs, and equipment. In addition to individualized personal training and group programs, Good Bodies also offers yoga, Pilates, massage therapy, and melt method classes. I have been training with GB off and on for over 20 years. I have always found the staff to be very knowledgeable and focused on the type and amount of exercise/training that is appropriate for me. I have been using Good Bodies personal trainers for over 10 years. I like the smaller, more intimate setting than the large gyms. Everyone is working with one of the personal trainers. Turnover of trainers is very low, so you always see the same people working. I have personally worked out with the same trainer for 10 years. There is a separate cardio room from the weight training rooms, with plenty of diverse cardio equipment for everyone. I've never had to wait for a cardio machine. There are separate classrooms for classes, including yoga. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The trainers develop a specific regimen to meet your needs. I went through both a shoulder surgery and a broken ankle and each time, my trainer helped me recovered quickly. In addition to the fitness training and classes, they also provide excellent massage therapists, a nutritionist, and a BodPod machine to help measure your fitness level.
