Goodbody Pilates and flow is an excellent studio for beginners, intermediate level, and even advanced. Kate is very welcoming of all body types and skill levels, and the classes are always a great workout. She is energetic, positive, and also incorporates mental wellness into her practice. I would highly encourage anyone who wants to take Pilates or already does and is looking for a new studio, to check it out!

Saw this place pop up recently. Took a class and can’t recommend Kate enough! She was kind, compassionate, and understanding as I have never done Pilates before. She works to make the session meaningful and practices intent with each movement (they are hard movements!! But so good for you)
Give it a go if you’re interested in Pilates, or want to try new body movements that are sure to challenge your idea of strong. Also added benefit of supporting a new local business!

I had the most incredible class with Kate at her studio in Cincinnati! Her signature class was excellent! We used the Metro IQ reformer and the lavender towels at the end were so necessary. She offers both private sessions and small group sessions! I signed up on the Mindbody app!

Great studio! The instructors are knowledgeable, encouraging, and really help you improve. Clean space, well-run classes, and a welcoming vibe. I’ve felt stronger and more flexible since starting. Highly recommend!
