Katie's barre class is fantastic. It makes you sweat and laugh and just feel great at the end. It is challenging but she offers modifications so it is open to anyone who wants a great workout!

If I could leave more stars, I would. My baby is so happy the entire time we stretch, talk, pose, and play. And if she gets fussy? Heather goes above and beyond by helping with the baby so mom can stretch too.

Been a member here off and on for many years. Courteous staff and plenty of locations and styles of classes make it an easy choice for those living in and around central Ohio.

Thursday evening’s Deep Stretch class is one of my favorite parts of the week. Within a darkened room, Jason creates a safe, judgement-free zone where you can approach your own yoga practice without visual distraction/comparison, allowing you the freedom to go within for a truly spiritual experience. His soothing voice guides you thru the poses, while offering some words of wisdom and gentle posture alignments. He allows you to come to class exactly as and where you are (physically and mentally), while encouraging you to explore and go where your body takes you, and then honoring the final outcome for that day, for that moment in time. Highly recommend!

Been coming here (and Powell location) for two years now and still loving it! Each instructor has their own style, and each location offers something a little different. Dublin does not have windows, so it’s a calmer, soothing feel with gentle heat during those classes.

I’ve been a member of GoYoga New Albany for over 10 years, and it’s truly been one of the most meaningful parts of my life. What started as a place to take yoga classes has become so much more, a community, a source of personal growth, and a space where I’ve built lasting friendships.
I’ve seen fellow classmates grow into inspiring instructors, and I’ve grown alongside them—physically, mentally, and emotionally. The supportive, welcoming environment has helped me develop a much healthier relationship with myself.
I also really appreciate the variety of classes offered and the flexibility to practice at different studio locations. Whether I need something challenging, grounding, or restorative, there’s always an option that fits.
I’m so grateful for the instructors, the energy of the space, and the community. Whether you’re just starting or deepening your practice, GoYoga is a place where growth on every level is truly possible.

I love coming to GoYoga for a lot of different classes - barre at this studio is another great gem. A lot of studios are barre only, and love to really oversell it. But here you can get a great and mindful workout with so many different instructors, all in a membership that also includes relaxation, flow, and other kinds of strength! It's a win for me.

I love this yoga studio. I’ve been going here almost 10 years. The instructors are very well trained and knowledgeable. You can go to any of 10 or 11 studio locations in metro Columbus for one low monthly fee, and there are probably close to 100 or more classes a day, across different intensity levels. I feel a real sense of community here, and a dedication to the power of a yoga practice for mind and body. They also offer barre, meditation, yoga nidra and other hybrid types of classes with weights, in addition to childcare and workshops and a pretty popular teacher training series. The facilities especially the new one in Worthington are top notch, but it is truly the people who are the best.

I love this yoga studio. It is such a warm and welcoming place. My favorite classes are Restorative Flow and Relax and Restore. The schedule is great for me working as school teacher and they offer a class package of 10 classes that you can use to try out the studio. You can use this package at over 13 studios all around Columbus.

I am very impressed with the different classes offered at GoYoga. I can always find an appropriate class for me at the right time. I find the instructors personable, approachable and very knowledgable. The location is central to anywhere in Dublin and has ample easy parking. The on-line reservation app is easy and user-friendly. My grandson loves the weekly child Yoga classes which are giving him life skills, while having lots of fun and meeting new friends.

To say I love the classes and instructors does not do justice to how I feel when I've finished class. I've been practicing yoga at home and in studio for about 17 years. I enjoy hot power, relax & restore, flow, deep stretch, barre. There are so many fabulous options. Thank you for providing a wonderful space for me and all the yogis that experience your studio!

I feel like 5 stars isn't enough to cover how fabulous goyoga has been for my life. I was a beginner yogi in November of last year. I was burnout from work as a nurse and the daily hardships of being a mom. I am a life long people pleaser and yoga has finally let me realize I'm worthy of taking time out for myself. I'm a plus sized girl so I was beyond apprehensive to start, but it truly is one of my happiest places to be now. There isn't judgement, and I was welcomed with open arms. My yoga instructor, Mandeep is such an amazing soul and has truly changed my life. Her yoga therapy has made me a better and healthier person on the inside and out. If you are struggling... please know you are not alone! Give goyoga a try and I promise you won't regret it🧘♀️

I started at goyoga 4 months ago and am so humbled and awed by how much my life has changed by being around this company's positive, peaceful, and powerful atmosphere which can be largely attributed to the staff and owner Alissa. Even though I have never met her, she has sent out emails meant to uplift, inspire, and light your inner fire. It's always an experience hearing the spirit and passion of the owner and driving force behind such special companies like this and what makes them come alive.
2 years ago I started working at The Winchester Institute of Chiropractic Health and Wellness, which is proudly partnered with GoYoga, as a Licensed Massage Therapist and found joy and love in this community that started changing me for the better. It's like I found the brighter side of earth.
I finally got moved up here last October and when I started coming to Goyoga German Village and the Dublin location I can confidently say I have experienced quite a transformation in my body mind and soul. Everytime you go the instructors do an exquisite job of speaking positive messages and intents that make even the most stark depressive thoughts illuminate with rays of serenity. It helps to slow my ADD mind down from the hustle and bustle of life as you are constanly coached on breathing with purpose and life. With GoYoga I can be on vacation everyday so then when I heal someone with my hands all I transfer is positive healing energy brimmed with love and aspiration. We need happy, healthy, and invigorated people moving humanity forward. Going here helps that happen.
I now have my weekly routine mapped out with Power Heated with Kayliegh Sablak at 6 am mon and wed, Power Heated Wed 930 am with Suzanne Lehring, Power Heated with Jennifer McCann 6 am Tues and Flow 6 am Friday, Thursday Barre class with Ashley Wilson, and Relax and Restore Sunday at 6pm with Lisa Parks.
At the Goyoga in German Village I've been to Becky Harter at 9 am flow on Wednesday and Beverly Hansen Restoritive Flow 7 pm on Sunday.
Park on one of the 2 hr parking spots on the side streets right by that location and you should be fine. The alley can be tricky.
As someone who also is a Certified Personal Trainer with a Corrective Exercise Specialist certificatw through the National Academy of Sports Medicine it has allowed me to truley appreciate how special, amazing, and deep GoYoga is at helping our species traverse a vast technological age with people so connected to their electrical devices our posture is starting to take on the very commun forward head and shoulder posture.
I am so impressed by the level of intelligence with how its structured and the availability to have a fun and clean yoga experience any day of the week. I am honored and privlaged that we are partnered with GoYoga and am so excited for my friends and family to try it out. The future is always brighter with this community as part of my life.
Awesome staff and customer service

Go Yoga Dublin is amazing! Their teachers offer a great variety of classes and styles that you can connect to. I just started going regularly in March and was immediately supported and immersed in great training and space for developing my own practice. I am never bored and always challenged, yet also have space to grow in my own spiritual practice. My two favorite teachers at Dublin are Mandeep and Mattie as they are so encouraging and always focused on an intentional practice. They both allow you the space to push yourself or opt out of a pose depending on what your body needs. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this studio. You have to check it out and they always have great deals or packages to try it out!

I love the energy of this studio! I'd been searching for a new yoga studio after the Yin instructor from my old studio retired from teaching during Covid (sad face)... and I was lucky enough to find GoYoga Dublin just minutes from my house! The Deep Stretch & Restorative classes are perfect for me in every way--soothing music choice, room temperature, low lighting, classes are not overly crowded...and did I mention the instructors are fabulous?!? Check out the Yin-style (restorative/deep stretch) classes with instructors Brenda, Vandana, or Patricia at the Dublin location. Annie at the Powell location and Susan at the Worthington studio are both awesome too. Go-go-go to GoYoga today! :)

The only thing missing at GoYoga Dublin is you!
I started taking yoga here a few months ago. At the time I was completely new to the practice of yoga, and it was a little intimidating because I didn’t know all of the poses. Looking back, I probably should have taken one of their intro to yoga workshops so that I could learn the basics, but I could follow the instructors’ cues pretty well, so I kept at it. Fast forward 3 or 4 months and my practice has really improved!
I’ve taken a variety of class styles here, but have gravitated mostly toward the heated power classes. The studio is always a perfect temperature (90-95 degrees--bring a towel!) and the instructors are all great. Each instructor has a slightly different style, but I have yet to leave disappointed.
Ultimately, the practice of yoga is about focusing inward on the self; the studio and instructors are there to guide you in your practice, but the rest is up to you. The staff at GoYoga Dublin do a great job of creating a space where yogis can come in, focus on their practice, and leave feeling a sense of health and harmony.
