Yoga with Weights is the most fun I’ve had at GoYoga! The music really pumps you up and there’s great energy in the room. Deb’s instructions are easy to follow and she stays true to the yogic focus on breath, so it’s a great physical workout but also really centering for the mind. Love it!

So much appreciation for lisa
I’ve run into some hardships the last few days and her practice was just the catalyst for the emotional and physical release I needed. The gentleness in her voice served as the reminder of how we should be speaking to ourselves, thank you thank you.

(This is Tess) I love this studio! It is my happy place. Am I athletic? No. Am I flexible? No. Do I have good balance? No. Do they care? Nope! They are all about helping you meet your body where it is at and helping you celebrate where you are. I love both the Power classes and the Deep Stretch classes. My body needs both. Power Down Deep Stretch has both in one class. This studio has such a variety of body types, ages, sexes and everything in between. All are welcome!

I love GoYoga. There are a large variety of classes, 10 locations, and many great instructors. Saturday classes with Anne (Worthington), or Katie (Dublin), or Angela (Gahanna), and Sunday classes with Mel (Gahanna), or Jonathan (New Albany), or Mandeep (Dublin) have become my weekly routine in the last year. I still can't do any of the crazy poses that Anne and Jonathan instruct, but it's amazing to see others can! The practice of yoga has not only increased my physical strengths and flexibility, but also improved my calmness and mental well being.

I can’t say enough good things about GoYoga Gahanna. The community is inviting, the studio provides a great space to practice and the teachers give good instruction while also allowing room to explore. I’ve even had teachers spend time with me after class to help me refine some of the more challenging poses. So glad I found this studio.

The space is cramped and unwelcoming. Maybe for someone that isn't sensitive to being on top of their neighboring yogi wouldn't mind though.

Go Yoga in Gahanna is a fantastic space for both newcomers and seasoned yogis. The studio boasts a welcoming atmosphere and a diverse class schedule that caters to all skill levels. The instructors are knowledgeable, supportive, and create an inclusive environment that encourages personal growth.

The facilities are clean and well-maintained, with plenty of space for classes. I particularly enjoyed the Power flow with weights * warm * hosted by Angela Brownfield. The sense of community is palpable, making it a great place to connect with others.

Overall, Go Yoga is a top-notch studio that prioritizes wellness and mindfulness. Highly recommend checking it out!

I highly recommend trying Go Yoga in Gahanna! It is a beautiful, small studio where the instructors and other yogis feel like a supportive community. They offer many different types and levels of yoga so you can get what you need (flexibility, relaxation, power, core). I personally love that this studio offers Ashtanga classes to build your body and practice over time.

I have admittedly been super cruel to my body lately. Hating the reflection in the mirror, the photos that show my whole self, the way the clothes fit. The words I’ve said to myself in my head, I would never speak aloud to anyone else’s body. I wanted a physical change so I started little things. But it wasn’t until the last two weeks of this yoga class that I realized what I really NEEDED was a mental change.

Taking Delaney Boyd’s gentle flow yoga has been life and mind changing. Ive began to shift my perspective and the way I treat and look at my body so much. When I’m in her class she reminds us accept ourselves where we are. No comparison. It’s the first class where I’ve felt completely at home and unintimidated. And most importantly, it’s helped change my thought process to stop focusing on what my body “isn’t” but instead what it is and what I want it to be…. Strong.

I may not look the same as I did a few years ago. I’m softer, rounder, and have aged. But if I keep working on and focusing on and shifting my mindset to “strength”, I can see myself learning to love this body again and treating her the way she deserves.

Delaney, thank you 🙏🏼

I was very nervous to attend a live class. I felt out of shape and not flexible, so I joined the new student trial and did some virtual classes. I have to say, I have found my thing. I love doing yoga. In one month, my balance has gotten better and I’m more flexible. I also think I have found.... core muscles....those mysterious muscles I hear we have to engage. I also did a 1-1 session with Trisha to make sure I was doing the poses in the right way. She is wonderful!!!

I am not athletic or in shape. This is a judgement free zone. I know when I start in class sessions, I will have to place my mat by the wall because I’ll probably tip over. I also know that it’s ok and I won’t be judged. The instructors are so kind and encouraging. Try the new client package. Its the best thing I have done.

This studio is absolutely amazing! I've taken their power flow, ashtanga, yin and stretch & restore and I can honestly say they are all amazing! The instructors here are all so knowledgeable and welcoming and I love this studio so much that back in the fall I did my first yoga teacher training though Namaste and I would recommend every single person who's interested to do the same! Trisha is an amazing owner and teacher and I'm so happy I found this studio:)

Definitely the best yoga studio I've been to. Studio is small but that's good because it allows the teachers to support and help adjust you more easily. Every instructor I've had here has been supportive but open to helping you improve and challenge yourself.

I have been attending classes at this studio regularly for about a year now, and my fiance has been attending for a bit longer than that. We absolutely LOVE this place. Every instructor I have taken classes with has been extremely kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. I do not come from a yoga background at all, and flexibility is not a strength of mine (when I started taking classes, I could not sit indian-style comfortably). This is exactly why I started taking classes, and I could not be happier with the improvements I've seen in my range of motion. But to be honest, the absolute best part about the studio is the people. Everyone who attends classes is fun and friendly, and there is just an overall sense of community. I know that being involved in the local community and creating that atmosphere is important to the studio owner, and it shows! Two thumbs up!

Namaste is a cute little studio at Creekside, Gahanna. It is just the right size for being just big enough to be able to connect with new friends, but not so big that everyone goes their own way and is disconnected. I teach a medium paced Vinyasa flow there that I customize to be beginner - advanced friendly at 5:45 am Tuesday mornings and I love getting to meet all the new faces and catching up with the regulars. I love creating non-traditional transitions to make my flows rhythmic to allow students to get lost in and go deep into their practice. Namaste is very community oriented and often has events to hang out outside of the traditional classes (Book club, Namastay for drinks on Thursdays, workshops, etc.. and many more to come!)

I am so happy this studio opened! I started going the second week after it opened and have been a regular ever since!
I was looking for a small, intimate studio where I could really connect to the teachers and other students and this is exactly what I found. All experience levels are welcome and the community is very supportive. It made me feel comfortable taking risks and trying new things and I’ve really felt that made the difference in my practice! I mainly attend the ashtanga style classes but have also enjoyed the vinyasa style and slow flow classes. They have a ton of specialized yoga workshops that meet a lot of different needs too if you are looking for something different!

I love Namaste In Love yoga studio! It has such a friendly, intimate vibe. The teachers are very experienced and encouraging. I may be one of the oldest students but I never feel intimidated. We are encouraged to go at our own pace and celebrate our own accomplishments. I have not only improved my flexibility, balance and memory but have also gained so much confidence. I highly recommend giving this studio a try!
