I attended Brittney’s New Moms Circle and had a great experience! Brittney was so friendly and inviting. As a freshly postpartum mom, it was wonderful to connect meaningfully with other moms, as well as take part in gentle stretches and yin poses, while having my little one with me. Grace & Gratitude’s studio was cute and cozy. I can’t wait to take more classes here!

I started my yoga journey at this amazing studio in September 2024, and I truly can't say enough good things about it. From day one, I felt welcomed into a warm, inviting, and completely non-judgmental space. Whether you're a beginner or more experienced yogi, you’ll find something that fits your needs at this studio in Brunswick, Ohio.
The studio itself is cozy and intimate, creating a wonderful and relaxing atmosphere. Jen’s (the owner) group of instructors she works with are absolutely wonderful. Each one brings a different teaching style to the mat and there is so much to gain from each one of them. They all excel at meeting you where you are on your mat and always offer modifications for any skill level.
The variety of classes offered each week is great and allows you to pick and choose whatever you might be needing that week on your own personal journey. They offer beginner’s series throughout the year, which is a great place to start if you’ve ever thought about trying yoga. There are also other special workshops, events, series and retreats that are offered throughout the year.
If you’ve ever thought about trying yoga, this is the place to do it. You will love it, and more importantly, it just might touch your life in a way you never expected, as it has done to me. 😊❤️

This is a FANTASTIC studio! As a middle aged man with active teenage boys (baseball, karate, various clubs and activities), I was looking for 'my thing'....and I think I found it. After 3 classes, my mind is more relaxed and my body feels better- hips don't hurt, shoulder aren't achey and my lungs feel open, and I look forward to the next class. Not only these things, but you feel welcome from the moment you walk in- greeted with a smile, zero judgement, and the teachers are encouraging, kind, know their students, and are always positive. Classes are small (2-12? people) to facilitate the space and all seem to want a break from the outside world. No equipment needed for beginners as they provide it there.
Most classes are beginner based and if you aren't sure of something, Jen will absolutely suggest the best classes for you. The beginner class is excellent for building skills from previous classes, and it goes at a slower pace so we can get the skills/ movements correct and not just 'done'- and I appreciate that. If you are looking for something new or different 'for you', please consider checking this place out, you won't be disappointed. Thank you for taking the time to read this and I hope to see you there.

i went to a 5:30am power class lead by Kaley Meyer and it was a wonderful experience! I left with so much warmth and gratitudue. This studio has a great sense of community - everyone introduced themselves as they arrived, noticing I was new. I felt so welcomed and a sense of unity during the class as others encouraged one another. Kaley has a beautiful energy and I love that she challenges you to go outside of your comfort zone and try new things.

My boyfriend and I came in last night to try our first beginner class, we LOVED every second of this class! My mental state has never felt better, I feel so clear and ready to take on anything! For my body, my body feels like a feather. I’m 21 weeks pregnant and I’m very tense, needing to relax and stretch, this was the best decision we could’ve made for my body! My boyfriend this entire morning keeps discussing how phenomenal he feels. We cannot wait to sign up for our membership!

My husband and I attended the couples yoga class. It was our first time at the studio. The studio was clean and easy to find. The instructor, Linda, was welcoming and knowledgeable. Yoga mats were available or you could bring your own. We really enjoyed it and I will be looking into more classes at this studio!

Words cannot express how grateful I am that Jen has brought GGY to our community! I am new to yoga and I was a little apprehensive about committing but after doing a two week trial and attending every class I could, I quickly learned there is something for everyone at all levels of their yoga journey. Every instructor is different (and so is every class) but they all still have the same welcoming and supportive mindset that you cannot help but feel you are in the right place! Thanks Jen!!

Such a serene and welcoming space! Jen is very kind. I highly recommend the sound bath with Karen for a unique way to unwind and surround yourself with calming energy. It is the perfect way to spend a Sunday evening to start the week off feeling refreshed and centered. I look forward to trying the other classes this studio has to offer!

A beautiful studio that creates a calm atmosphere which allows for a peaceful mind and body to begin your practice. I have had the pleasure of taking two classes with different teachers. Both teachers taught a flow that was designed to accommodate the beginner, to the intermediate and on to the advanced Yogi! I love this studio, and the teachers have made Jen's studio one of my favorite.
