I started training with Grace at the beginning of 2024 after almost ten years of not setting foot in a gym, and I can honestly say she changed the way I feel about working out. From day one, she made everything approachable and customized for where I was starting. She kept a detailed notebook tracking every workout, weight, and rep so I could actually see my progress over time, which was incredibly motivating.
Grace is genuinely one of the most personable trainers I’ve ever met. She knows how to push you just enough without ever making you feel overwhelmed. Her sessions always felt fun, positive, and doable, even on days I came in tired from work. She has an amazing sense of humor and a great way of encouraging you through those tougher moments.
One thing that really stands out is how accommodating she is. My schedule constantly changes with work, and she was always flexible - sometimes meeting early mornings, other times after long shifts. That level of understanding and support made it possible for me to stay consistent for over a year and a half.
I had to pause training because of changes with work, but I still recommend her to anyone looking for a trainer who’s professional, knowledgeable, and truly cares about her clients. Grace makes fitness feel achievable no matter your starting point. Plus, she’s independent now and much more affordable than big box gym trainers - which makes her an even better find.
Grace is simply the best!

Grace is incredible! She knows her stuff and will encourage you every step of the way.
I worked with her before and during my entire pregnancy and she was able to make adjustments for me as needed so I continued to improve while my body changed. It was amazing to be pregnant and strong.

Grace is a great trainer and holds her clients accountable with compassion and encouragement. I’ve had great results from working with her and look forward to our weekly sessions. She progresses your weights and exercises as you become stronger without causing injury. She’s also a great resource to use outside of the gym if I have questions regarding diet or meal prepping.
