Facility is dirty, and poorly maintained. Staff is rude, confrontational and lack any kind of understanding or compassion on what was a simple misunderstanding regarding facility equipment hours and escalated it to the point that I felt I needed to cancel my membership.

I'm am stunned at how awful they treat people here which is a shame as the biggest reason I got a membership was to workout with my brother at the New Bremen YMCA which I can no longer do in good conscience. An incredibly frustrating experience, I wish I never set foot in this facility.

We just visited not long ago about a week and the staff was amazing. We have not gotten new cards since we started and wouldn't you know they stopped working. The woman at the desk was so sweet and got us all new cards and also updated our pictures. The facilities where clean and well kept. We had a blast! The lifeguard went out of her way to get my children toys to play with and even played with them!

I have been to many Y's some were family Y's. This one at Wright State has got be the worst, due to incompetent management and adversarial staff. It is always a question
mark after you leave your house if you will even be able to use the facility. Because everything is in such sad state of disrepair. If you make mention of this you are inviting their raft and they won't hesitate. Turn over in staff is terrible, this Y needs to be rescued from its own mediocrity and terrible
management.

Well first off i got suspened from here because when the little kids have basketball practice in the second basketball court they have those littile hoops and i seen a kid breck it and the ignerent coach yelled at me for no reason i would just like to say that the staff did nothing about it and were super bullheaded about it so yay staff really mean, rude, and ignerent.

Good environment to get a good workout. Also a great place to relax in the water after work or a hot day

Today was my 1st visit, the staff was very helpful with my membership. I used the cardio machines and various weight machines, all were in good order. Only complaint is the cleanliness of the facility was lacking attention. Lot of debris, dirt, hair etc on the floor and particularly bad at the base of the machines. The front entrance area needed to be swept as well.

Facility is older but they have replaced some equipment in recent years. If you plan on going first thing in the morning be prepared for no one to show up from time to time. People will be waiting outside with staff forgetting to show up. I have never had a problem with no staff later in the day.

Facility is run down. Equipment is old, only certain areas are renovated. Before this year the last time I went inside there was 20yrs ago and something's there are still the same..like the pool table, weight room. And it's mostly filled up with racquetball courts. Youd think with the money from fees they'd have a lot more to update and upkeep everything. Felt like I didn't get a good value out of my membership here. The employees were pretty ok. They deserve a better facility and so does mercer county

Nice facility but the employees were extremely rude. I pay to go there and stay for a short time because of employees. Employees should be nicer to members and their guests. Ridiculous.

It would be nice if they could separate the workout room from the rest and open it 24 hours.. I wanted to work out now but they aren't open so I'm forced to work around their schedule.
