We are a 24/7/365 fitness facility. We have weight machines, cardio equipment (ellipticals, treadmills, arc trainer, steppers, bikes, and more), dumbbells, free weights, bands, and so much more for all your fitness needs and goals! Also, Certified Personal Trainer, Strength & Conditioning, Speed & Agility Coach, Certified Youth Fitness Trainer, Mike Phillips, owner of High Street Fitness, is available daily for personal training for anyone ages 7 & up!

Recently visited this establishment and thought I would share my experience.
The first thing I noticed when I entered was that I was no longer outside. Then I found that it seemed to be a clean, friendly place. The people seemed nice but as I am not really all that into exercising and I really just needed tires for my car, I soon realized that they could not really help me. So I left.
