I can’t recommend Higher Heights Fitness enough! From day one, this gym has been all about personal attention, real results, and a motivating atmosphere that keeps you coming back. I’ve been training with Jonny, Amanda, and Kevin, and each of them brings something unique and powerful to the table.
Jonny has an incredible eye for form and progression. He pushes you to go beyond your comfort zone while making sure everything is done safely and effectively. He’s knowledgeable, encouraging, and serious about helping you hit your goals.
Amanda is amazing and she knows how to tailor every workout to match your pace while still pushing you to improve. She’s especially great at building confidence and making strength training feel empowering, not intimidating.
Kevin brings consistency and calm focus to each session. He’s excellent at fine-tuning technique and helping you understand the “why” behind every movement. His coaching style is clear, thoughtful, and motivating.
Together, this team at Higher Heights creates a space that’s supportive, challenging, and truly results driven. Whether you’re just starting your fitness journey or looking to level up, this is the place to do it. I’ve seen measurable progress in my strength, endurance, and overall confidence thanks to their combined expertise and dedication.

I am new to weight lifting and wanted to join a gym that could help me get more toned. I contacted Higher Heights because they were highly rated online and I was able to get started within a few days. My trainers Ashleigh and Mya are so friendly and easy to work with. My workouts have gotten progressively more difficult and my trainers have kept me motivated to keep going. It’s now been 3 months and I am starting to see some great results! My experience at Higher Heights has exceeded my expectations. I’d definitely recommend this gym, especially for anyone new to strength training like me.

Higher Heights is a wonderful gym for those looking to work out. The staff is exceptionally friendly and possesses a great deal of knowledge about fitness. Their expertise accommodates all levels of fitness, ensuring that everyone feels welcome. The facility is equipped with state-of-the-art machines, including the In Body machine, which provides helpful insights into muscle gain. The atmosphere is quite relaxed, and I genuinely enjoy my conversations with the trainers. Additionally, they have nutritionists on staff who are available to answer any questions you may have about nutrition.

Higher Heights fitness has been a welcome addition to my exercise routine. The trainers are great and very flexible. They cater to my own issues, Parkinson’s and Rheumatoid Arthritis, adjusting workouts to maximize the benefit, but take into account the different limitations I have.

I’ve been coming to Higher Heights for over a year now and really enjoy the friendly trainers, workouts, and individualized attention. The workouts are effective, fun, and challenging with lots of variety so you continue to improve and don’t get bored. My strength has definitely increased since I started working out here. I have never been regular or consistent with exercising. I knew I needed more so that I could be strong and healthy. Because I need someone to keep me accountable, I joined higher heights fitness. I work mostly with Ashleigh, who is amazing ! She makes exercise fun, and I always have a good time when I’m there. I have always felt welcome and find the gym to have a warm atmosphere that is easy to work out in. I highly recommend joining if you are hesitant about starting to work out but who are looking for a fun way to become more fit!

Excellent fitness facility. The staff is great the facility is clean and the programs are well thought out. The variety of exercises is excellent with a focus on all muscle groups for strength as well as balance and cardio. I really like the pack class. You know ahead of time what the program will be and you know the end game. You can work at your own pace and get out of it what you put in . I’ve been going here for eight years and planning on going the rest of my life. A+.

AMAZING! Seriously the most incredible fitness center and one on one personal training, and believe me I have tried a lot of them. Higher Heights Fitness has allowed for my husband and I to consistently workout together while our kiddos are right there next to us. The Mom guilt is completely eliminated knowing I get to bring my kids with me, not place them in a daycare center, and have them with me in the studio while my husband and I set the best example for them on personal fitness. The trainers have become like family to us, they are so personable, so encouraging, and incredibly engaging with our kids too! The workouts leave us feeling good about ourselves and we immediately saw the difference in our strength. We will be lifers here!

The trainers are great! The workouts are built around you and get progressively more challenging without ever jumping ahead too fast. And the balance between doing the same exercises and moving on to new ones is great too. I always feel like I'm making progress but I'm also not getting bored. I've loved everything about my experience with Higher Heights Fitness. COVID has created some woes about going back to the gym, but this place has been a godsend. The trainers are all super knowledgable and willing to work with my chaotic schedule. They were constantly checking on me throughout training and answered all of my questions about technique and form.
I am definitely seeing results after coming here twice a week for a little over 2 months. Shoutout to Kevin, Leah, and Kyle for their great professionalism and creating a solid workout experience for me. My only regret is not coming here sooner!
