I love HIIT Squad Fitness! I have been working out with Mike for almost a year. Mike is extremely passionate about health and wellness. He is personable, knowledgeable, professional, and has an innovative approach to exercise. The best part about HIIT Squad Fitness is that they cater to many different workout styles and meet you at your ability level. They genuinely care about your overall wellness beyond just a training session, including weight/muscle mass progress monitoring, diet, and nutrition. During a workout, you can expect anything from mobility, agility, strength, plyometrics, boxing and more - but with a fun twist. Mike's vibrant personality and unique approach to fitness has continued to keep me on my toes and excited about new workouts. I’d highly recommend for all ability levels!

Mannn...Mike is knowledgeable, professional, and dedicated to learning your strengths as well as weaknesses and making both areas stronger. Always has a new workout or tweak to an exercise that keeps you on your heels and challenging your body. I sit at a desk for 12-15 hours per day and have literally put on over 20lbs since COVID . Started working out with Mike about 1 month ago/2X's per week. We started out just working the joints, stretching and gradually worked our way to a sweat. It is incredible the amount of muscle i have built in such a short span of time.. He is absolutely fantastic!

Man Mike is the goat 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾 Our workouts are awesome. He keeps things new and fun but doesn’t hesitate to challenge you in his own way. He pushes you to be better and since I’ve been going to him have felt my self getting stronger and stronger. Definitely would recommend and Mike don’t change a thing.

Michael has been an excellent trainer to work with, both in-person at his Highland Heights studio, and also virtually. I've lost about 25 pounds and feel much stronger since starting. Michael's communication is outstanding, and workouts are always challenging, but appropriate for where I'm at right now. Workouts are never the same, which is great for keeping everything fresh. I look forward to continuing with Michael to get healthier and feel better.
