Many different practices offered at this studio with knowledgeable and caring instructors who take the time to explain the poses and assist students in proper form. Have enjoyed every class I have attended and absolutely can tell a difference in my flexibility and balance.

This is an excellent and encouraging studio that was both challenging and fun. The clean, bright atmosphere was welcoming, and the instructor was excellent at guiding the practice with unhurried and clear direction. I highly recommend this for newbies and people who have enjoyed yoga for years. There were men, women and teens (there are classes for children and parents too) and I thought the prices were very reasonable (see website for details). I highly recommend giving them a try! I'll be going back!

I am visiting from out of town, Homegrown's owner Addy, and everyone made me feel welcomed. The studio has a nice energy and I enjoy practicing here. This will be my new home studio when I am in the area from now on.
