It's really great for what it is. Has everything you need and extremely convenient for Honda employees.
However, if you're looking for a huge variety of weights and cardio this is not the place.
But, for 90% of people it's a wonderful, and above all else extremely convenient, fitness center.

This gym is great with amenities. There is a heated pool, hot tub, basketball courts, an outdoor area for other activities and sports and a sauna. There are on staff physical therapists and trainers. My only negative point is the strength training area and equipment. It feels outdated and the options are limited. There isn't much space when the gym is busy and I just wish there was more equipment options. It is still good for getting the job done but as a growing physical fitness enthusiast, it's missing the mark on better strength training equipment. Also as an associate, it is a great convenience for work as it is across the lot. Price is fantastic for an associate!

Cheap convenient easy and almost always open. Little dated on equipment but there's a lot of good programs for adults and kids.
