The mission of Hope Yoga is to Transform Grief into Resilience. We use the practices of yoga to navigate the griefs we face in our day-to-day lives learning to heal, grow & thrive in community. We do this by offering up weekly yoga classes in studio, online and outdoors as well as monthly workshops and events. At Hope Yoga we understand that you have a unique body and we want to empower you to make the choices you need in order to get the most out of your practice! You'll always find modifications, embellishments and support in each one of our classes. Whether you're brand new to yoga or you've been practicing for years, we can't wait to welcome you hOMe and make you a part of our community.

I stumbled upon Hope Yoga’s instagram ad when they opened their second studio location in Westlake. I was new to yoga, I mean I had never taken a class. I instantly felt welcomed and comfortable. All of the staff took time to show me around and answer my questions. I enjoyed taking a lot of different classes with a lot of different instructors learning what my mind and body enjoyed. I became a monthly unlimited member shortly after my first few weeks there. I feel like I have found my “yoga home”.

I’m so grateful I took advantages of the introduction offer and tried something new. The studio is beautiful, calm and welcoming. The staff is very kind and attentive. I love all the plants at the Fairview location and the open airy atmosphere at the Westlake location. They offer all kinds of classes for all levels of yogis. Highly recommend.

I have been to both locations, and both are great spaces. I have taken 2 classes with Kathy at noon at the new Westlake location and she is an amazing instructor. I had Sarah at the fairview location and it was also an amazing class. Great space and I love that there is a noon class option at Westlake.❤️❤️

I found this studio online and I am glad that I went there. Amazing people and beautiful/relaxing ambiance. Their yoga class is for any skill level. They started with basic positions and showed variations for skill people. Loved the class.
