I plan to renew my monthly class pass for sure!!!
Iβm a local circus performer, and I was looking for advanced yoga classes in a heated setting and this fits the bill perfectly! I tried out other studios in the area and nothing compared to this studio! Every single teacher has a different style and it gets hot! This is exactly what I needed.
P.S- I seen another review that said it smells like mildew and that itβs not clean- This is not true at all! This studio is extremely clean and there are doors on each side of the room that are less than 10 steps away if it gets too hot, keep in mind all people smell different- you are not the only one in the class.
I will say if you are new to yoga or have not tried hot yoga. You should definitely reach out to the studio and let them suggest you a class. Theyβre not gonna steer you wrong! They want you to come back and the best way to know what will work for you is to get a little information prior to arrival for your first class.

January 2025 - This studio has been amazing to me as a new student. The instructors are incredible and inspiring! I have tried out the different classes they have had using the new student intro pass and I plan to renew for the monthly unlimited classes which is also at an EXTREMELY reasonable rate! I personally have fallen in love with this studio and the owner is SO welcoming and honestly may be the best instructor I have ever met. The way she ended class was so real and not your typical experience but truly helped me fall into my own relaxation at the end. You have to try it trust me! Worth every dollar!

So, I believe that everyone has a yoga studio that's the right fit for them. Unfortunately this place was not the right place for me but I feel bad giving it no stars because I know other people like it.
It's hot. Like HELL hot. The studio is very small and the wall you face is covered in mirrors (idk for some reason I would prefer no mirror).
I think because it's so small, the air doesn't circulate well. About 65 minutes into class, during the cool down, I noticed my heartbeat was off the charts and I could NOT get it down. I did box breathing and got it down for a few minutes but as soon as I moved it shot back up. I wasn't close to the door and I was new to the studio and didn't feel really comfortable leaving.
I get claustrophobic too which possibly was causing my heart rate to skyrocket because there are no windows or anything in the studio so it's hot and enclosed and for someone with claustrophobia issues, these things are problematic.
It smelled like mildew which makes sense because when you leave the studio, there's this rack and a hose thing where everyone sprays off their mats. It's a little messy for me. I like my studios to be pretty pristine. And I've found everything I'm looking for over at Ignite, so it's not like I'm yoga deprived or anything.
Before I went to this studio I contacted a friend who has spent a lot of time there and he said, oh you're going to Molly's class? Good luck!
And I needed it π. It was incredibly difficult. I am a regular practitioner of yoga and this class, in that heat, was just wayyyy too much for me.
But like I said, I have found a home at Ignite and there are lots of other yoga studios in the area to try out if you're looking to get into yoga.

I'm new to the practice of yoga and felt completely comfortable in the pace, yet challenging sessions offered at this studio. The vibe was very supportive and fun. Sign-up with Emily, she was very knowledgeable and great with talking you through correct postures and even offering alternatives when needed.

Top notch studio! What a beautiful way to start off the new year too! Molly is an incredible instructor. From the way she flows the class into each transition, helping with corrections and her choice of words to help you through the challenging times truly made a difference and so grateful for it! Thank you!!!

Dropped in for the first time to an advanced class, to be clear I am not advanced but the time fit with my schedule. I was welcomed with no questions asked and the instructor was excellent at guiding you through each transition and pose. The energy was light and fun. I will definitely be going back. This has everything I'm looking for!

The best workout and yoga studio in the Dayton area! I've been back in the Dayton area since the pandemic hit and on the hunt for a yoga sculpt class. I stumbled across this studio while in Centerville and feel so lucky it's only a few minutes from my house. I'm obsessed with the yoga sculpt class and Mollie is fantastic. It reminds me so much of Corepower and feels like home.

This is hands down the HOTTEST hot yoga studio I have been to-I love that I am already sweating before the warm up is over. Classes are challenging, unique, and fun. I especially enjoy Erin's advanced vinyasa class and Mollie's sculpt class (yoga with weights and cardio-it's a burner!). The schedule is amazing! There are so many class times and a variety of classes available (I've heard even more will be added in the future). I have only experienced one time in which class was cancelled as Mollie came down with the flu and was not able to get anyone to sub on such short notice. Not only was it posted on the mindbody app that class was cancelled, but since I was registered for the class Mollie took it upon herself to send out a text message notification. The studio is very clean and prices are affordable. It is a welcoming, supportive environment where the fellow yogis are friendly and the teachers are helpful. There is a new speaker system which really pumps the jams for sculpt class. The new flooring is also a much appreciated upgrade. You can really tell that the new owner, Mollie, takes pride in improving the studio and creating a yoga community that is full of positivity, empowerment, and growth. I've tried other studios in the area however, in my opinion, this one is by far the best. I would highly recommend you give it a try for yourself!

I am so disappointed in this studio, the new owner does not respect clients time. I rushed from work to make the 7pm class only to get there and find out class was cancelled with no notification. It is frustrating and has happened multiple times. They just completely take the class off the schedule instead of showing it as cancelled in red. I looked at 5:45pm and the 7pm classs was still on the schedule, so I rushed to make it by 7pm only to get there and find out Mollie was a no show.

Hot Yoga is very energizing, detoxifying, refreshing, and a wonderful way to recognize and be grateful for your breath and know that every breath we enjoy is a gift that our Creator - God blesses us with. Thankful for Yoga because it made me realize that I was not even aware of my breath.

Love this yoga studio, so glad I got out of my comfort zone and decided to finally take my first class in a studio here. The teachers and fellow students have all made me feel like I am home.

I used to really enjoy coming to this studio, but not anymore. Now that my work schedule has changed, I'm only able to attend afternoon classes. I have showed up multiple times, just for the instructor to not show up. I tried to attend a 9AM and Noon class on the same day and the instructor didnt show.. there were also 2 other people waiting outside as well. I hope they can get things back to how they use to be.

I began my yoga experience at Hot Yoga & Wellness Center over two years ago by attending the Hot Series class. Hooked right away and inspired to increase my strength, flexibility and tolerance to the heat I started regularly attending Vinyasa Advance classes taught by Becky Loose. I quickly understood the need to be prepared for a mental and physical challenge. Each class tests my endurance and helps me to become stronger. Each class promotes twisting and sweating to βwring outβ toxins toward health and happiness. In each class I learn to mindfully shift into positions of length and balance. Beckyβs thoughtful encouragement and enlightenment is a favorite part of every practice. I now have the strength and tenacity to stay with a challenge and breathe through it - on and off the mat. I would tell anyone to come to Hot Yoga & Wellness Center and enjoy the benefits. Itβs a wonderful community to be a part of.
