I was visiting from New York and needed a place to work out for the day. I found HOTWORX and it was a beautiful, cozy and clean gym which was perfect for me. Peyton checked me in and she was incredibly friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I came for a regular workout, but learned about the sauna workout while I was there and now plan on doing the sauna session when I come back to Ohio. The mix of working out in the sauna is brilliant and I cannot wait to try it. Thank you!

Just joined hotworx this November and I am just loving it honestly. Workers are welcoming, there’s no grunting it’s private my body already feels amazing after 1 session. I had such an awesome experience at HOTWORX! Shelby was seriously the best! she took the time to explain all the benefits of the heat exposure and infrared workouts, showed us around the whole place, and answered all our questions. She was super informative and made us feel so comfortable. We originally came in just to try the free workout, but we ended up signing up for memberships right after and even did another workout that same day! The studio is so clean and motivating. Definitely recommend checking it out and asking for Shelby, she’s amazing!

I came across HotWorx by entering a drawing at The Green Farm Juicery and thinking I would not win (because I never win these types of things). But I actually won the free week of HotWorx! Scheduling was easy and what worked best for me. The staff there are very friendly and helpful. After trying out the blast and thunder session, I loved it! After trying out the Core session I decided to sign up. I'm loving the benefits already. I'm getting a great workout in such a short amount of time and I always feel great afterwards. I also love the fact that I can come in at any time. I just use the app to pick what time and which session I want to do. The flexibility is great! I always look forward to coming!

I give HOTWORX 10/10. This style of infrared-heat workout truly delivers on all promised health benefits. The range of 15 and 45 minute timed classes is a huge plus to get you in and out, knowing you had a solid workout. Additionally, they have a a FX zone, as well. The facility offers 24 hour access, meeting anyones flexibility. Overall, it’s a great option rather used as an alternative or additive to gym goers, runners, body builders and more!

I’ve been with HOTWORX for a year, and it has become one of my favorite part of my mornings. In addition to the benefits of the movements and sauna it has been my ‘me’ time - almost like a pause in my day just to focus on myself and as a mom of three it’s so important.

Also, my location does a great job keeping the facility clean and tidy. Plus they have member events and discounts from time to time offered to members.

I wish you could purchase merchandise online since I’m always there when there isn’t someone at the desk.

I've exercised consistently for years. Hot worx has a good concept behind it, but the execution leaves much to be desired. Here are a few things to consider before you waste >$500 on this gym.

1. This is not group fitness, but it is marketed as such. I never once worked out alongside another person and there are not live trainers. Once, I attempted to use a sauna with another person who rolled their eyes at me and left. Apparently there is an unspoken culture of no more than 1 person in a sauna.
2. Every workout is led by a recorded video. I never witnessed these videos change, although I got bored pretty quickly so I didn't stick around to see how frequently they are updated, if ever.
3. The gym is marketed as affordable, but in order to cancel - you must give 2 months notice or pay $99. You also must purchase and use hot worx specific yoga mat, towel and resistance bands totaling ~$150. Plus, there's an initiation fee.
4. The weight area outside the saunas is small and as a woman I didn't feel comfortable using it with men staring at me the whole time... even the owner.
5. There are no towels for the showers.

If you're new to working out and need flexibility, hot worx may work for you. If you're seasoned, you may be disappointed by the lack of variety, limited weights area and no live attention. This gym runs "calorie burn" challenges also which are bizarre. As a health professional, this shows a lack of understanding of exercise physiology as calorie burn is not exponential as they're implying with these challenges.

I travel for work every week, so a few months ago, I purchased a Sweat Anywhere membership at my home location. Since then, I’ve visited several HOTWORX locations, but the staff at Avon has been absolutely outstanding. From the moment I walked in, they welcomed me with open arms and went above and beyond to assist me during my week in Cleveland. Their exceptional service makes it well worth the drive out of the city—hands down, they’re the best!

I have had an exceptionally positive experience with Ashley (manager) and the rest of the staff. The gym is consistently clean and well-maintained, with supplies always stocked and easily accessible. Staff members are highly attentive and provide prompt assistance. I tried my first class at HotWorx Avon a week ago. I tried their virtual Barre None as well as Hot Cycle afterwards. Both classes were amazing and the direction from the manager Cheyenne while we toured the studio made me feel right at home. It’s been a week and I’ve already made the decision to sign up for a membership! I recommend trying your first session to anyone looking for a different kind of workout! You won’t regret it!

I couldn’t recommend this facility enough; the flexibility with the class schedules, seamless booking, and 24/7 access is unmatched. I became a member in the fall of 2023 and I have to admit I usually join a gym and go a few times and stop going. This is the first gym I actually look forward to going to.
