The staff here is great. All the girls I’ve met have been nothing but welcoming and motivating. My boyfriend and I were here the other day and his airpods fell in between the cubbies and sauna and ended up behind it. they got them out for us!! They are such sweethearts, we love it here!

I arrived at Hotworx and I was met by the friendliest representatives. Donna and Madison were both very welcoming and extremely knowledgeable. They took me on a tour of the facility. It was so clean and organized. I took the Hot Yoga session, I found it to be challenging, the instructors on the screen were motivating in the best way possible. The heat was on, the workout seemed to be rewarding. I felt inspired and I was dripping in sweat. I was impressed right off the start. I highly recommend the Mason Hotworx location.

I love that you can come whenever and it accommodates all hours. I love that they text you and make sure you’re liking and enjoying it. I really like that each sauna holds up to 3 people and it’s more personal. I definitely recommend hotworx if you’re looking for a good workout and a cheap gym!!!

I just started going to Hotworx in January and all the employees have been extremely helpful. I love how easy it is to sign up on the app for classes. Every class I have tried so far has far exceeded my expectation. You will leave every class feeling like you got a great workout.

My daughter was a faithful customer of the HotWorx Montgomery. I spoke with Jess at the location to let her know and that we needed to cancel the account. They are still charging her a suspension fee of every month and I have to call every month to let them know to please cancel her account. My daughter has no income and this charge is overdrawing her account. I am promised that this would be taken care of and will never happen again. It's Nov 2024 and today another fee was deducted from her account. I guess I'm going to have to reach out to my attorney to get the matter resolved. What ever happened to businesses doing the right thing.
Very disappointed.

PLEASE DO NOT LIE ON A PUBLIC PLATFORM** The place itself is nice and clean and I enjoyed the workouts however I specifically 3x asked when I signed up if there was a contract or commitment because I may be moving. That happened and I called to cancel and was told there was not only a 90 day commitment but you have to give a 60 day notice and pay for 2 months. When I told them what I was told she proceeded to say "yea no you weren't told that" like she was there. Which it was not the person that signed me up. Customer service is everything and Hotworx lacks it.

The sweetest people when it's time to get you to join but to cancel everyone seems rude. I was in a car accident and was unable to come in and cancel and they still refused to cancel my membership. DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM!!

Okay after checking with my husband he informed me the payments did stop. Thank you.
But I've called several times to cancel the membership and was never told that the membership would be canceled. All I was told each timewasI had to comes in.
Even when I said I had now car Iwasasked if I could find a ride.

The sauna workout was an amazing idea and the gym is nice and clean. Great Gym but the cancelation policy is what kills it.

I have been a member for a little over a year now. I have never stayed at a gym this long for various reasons but I’ll share why i stay at Hotworx. First off the staff is amazing and always make me feel welcome as soon as i walk through the door. The facility is open 24 hours so you can work around your schedule and not have to worry about rushing to get to the gym before they close. I love that I have the ability to workout by myself in a sauna. I’ve always struggled with gym anxiety and I know many others do. I always recommend hotworx if this is a reason you also won’t join a gym. Also, I think it’s a great place for people who need guidance when it comes to working out. You have trainers on the screen showing you what to do so you never have to plan a workout or wonder if you are doing something correctly. Overall I think Hotworx is amazing and I really have enjoyed my time being a member here.

I have been using infrared saunas now for 7 years and before I could workout in one I would just sit in them . Hotworx is a game changer and there is no other place you can get this type of work out & recovery at the same-time . My friends and family also have joined & the 24 hour facility access makes staying on track so easy. Jess & Jatana are the friendliest faces & keep this place a very clean & welcoming environment.

I was introduced to HOT WORX while visiting a friend in Houston about a year ago. I loved it and was beyond pleased to find out there is a location in Cincinnati. My level of fitness has increased significantly since joining! I started off doing the iso, Pilates, and yoga classes. I started adding in more cardio after discussing my goals with the staff, and I have no regrets! Tana and Jess are both very supportive, upbeat, and professional. I appreciate the 24 hour access and security of the location. Everyone has their own personal access code. I have recommended them to friends countless times! I can’t wait until they are able to open a second location. I’ve tried other places and the convenience of being able to get in a class whenever I want just can’t be beat! You feel so refreshed and detoxed after sweating it out in the infrared saunas. Hot Worx has so much to offer!

A lot of reviews say this...so buyer beware!! Please know before you join that you will not be able to cancel easily! Here are some pros and cons (I was a member for about a year)
-Pros: nice if you enjoy a workout in solitude, or with 1-2 other people. *classes are super boring but maybe some people might like that?* Small weight area in the back if you want to lift between classes
-Cons: it's ridiculous what they require you to purchase when you sign up. Towels, mats, bands...ALL stuff you can buy elsewhere for 1/16th the cost, but they force you to buy their branded merch. They don't regularly clean of rooms between classes (which is maybe standard?). So, if you workout after someone who smells. Unfortunately, that's what you'll have to smell during your workout. I worked out after a smoker a few times and it was so bad I couldn't stay the entire time. absolutely no customer service. You cannot cancel easily (they'll charge you a fee, or force you to stay on for 2 additional months - usually standard is 30 days). Unlike other gyms, you cannot call, or text, or email a cancellation request.
My personal experience: I was told their in-person cancellation policy was because they accidentally cancelled someone with the same name as someone else earlier in the year - so instead of asking more qualifying questions to ensure that doesn't happen anymore, they make you come into the gym.
In my case, I hadn't been able to make it to the gym in 6+ months (I have been working through a lot of personal issues). Instead of being sensitive to that, and allowing an exception, they were forceful about me coming in to cancel. After I came in, there was a glitch in their system and they weren't able to offer me the option to stay on the 2 additional months, and then cancel. The only way their system would allow me to cancel was if I paid the fee instead (which was the more expensive). Because of their system glitch, I had to pay more. My 7 year old was in the car, and I was so disappointed. I said okay and left. No apology was issued. I would tell anyone who asked- don't join this gym. Join a gym that wants you to come back and works with you when you need it. Every gym I have joined has done that for me, and in turn, I have been back. I have also raved about it to others. It's called good customer service. I also see NO responses from the owners on these reviews...So, take that as a sign that they're not concerned with customer experience.

DO NOT GO HERE OR SIGN UP TO BE A MEMBER!!! Owner Kim is beyond rude & belittling. When you go to say you want to become a member they don’t tell you about the MANDATORY $50 “bamboo” yoga mat & additional $50 TOWEL (yes a freaking towel) that you HAVE TO BUY until AFTER you have signed up with them (my biggest regret of 2023) Also they make it IMPOSSIBLE to cancel! They don’t tell you about their cancellation policy or any agreement until AFTER you have signed up and put TWO credit Cards on file with them. It’s 90 days then once that is up you can say you want to cancel BUT haha you have to pay $99 just to cancel, even though you already paid $60 for 4 Months. As for the actually facility itself it’s pretty clean but that is because the ladies that work the desk there are ALWAYS walking around cleaning/walking past your sauna while you are trying to workout in peace. You can always hear their loud voices & conversations through the saunas cheap clear doors which totally kills the vibe. Most of the saunas don’t get as hot as they are supposed to and reek of sweat & stinky feet. All of the merch they sell is ugly and the products are all over priced. They also have very limited parking as they are located in a small strip that is so hard to get in & out of. The actual workout classes themselves are the EXACT same videos on at the exact same time EVERY single day, it gets old quick. The video workouts also use things like bands and other equipment that you will need to actually get a good workout/results but the studio does not provide them and YOU have to buy them. Stay at home and watch a workout video on YouTube & you’ll get the same results. After about 2 weeks I realized I made a mistake joining (well really I knew once they made me spend $100 on a mat and towel when I had my own at home). DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! I really wish someone had said this to me before I signed up for this SCAM!!!

This place is not worth the money and agreements. The yoga classes are really slow, The staff does not put notes or remember anything. I have canceled with them twice now and they have forgotten to get signatures, but have collected payments and charged multiple times and they have still yet to refund me. You can not get ahold of any corporate managers. It’s too much time and money and just poorly managed.

I LOVE Hotworx! Not only have the workouts been amazing but also the manager, Jac! She has made me feel like I’m part of a community there and has been so welcoming. I have never had a gym employee, let alone manager, who knows me by name and has encouraged me along my fitness journey. The studio is beautiful and clean every time I come in. I highly recommend this studio for anyone looking for a positive fitness community!

I love the flexibility of Hotworx, being a 24 hour studio and having workouts that start every 15 minutes, it is so easy to fit into a busy schedule. There are also 8 isometric and 3 HIIT workouts to choose from so you never get bored! That staff is always so friendly and willing to help with whatever you could need! 10/10 would definitely recommend giving Hotworx a try!!

Love Hotworx! It is different from any other workout I have done before. As a full time college student, who also works part time the class schedules are perfect for my busy schedule. You can get a very effective workout in just 15 minutes. There is also a large variety of workouts to choose from so you never get bored.

Specially the person called Tammy, she would not help me process my cancelation on the phone or give me options to receive the cancelation notice digitally, sign it and send it back. I switched from planet fitness and I love Hotworx! 24/7 access, the door locks so you feel safe and most importantly the workouts make you feel brand new. You sweat out all of the toxins and feel like a brand new person every time. I also love the weights in the back so I can mix strength training with the sauna workouts!
