HOTWORX may be my new obsession! I have done Club Pilates for about 3 years now, and while I still love it, my mind and body began to crave something a little different. I needed something new to incorporate into my routine.

A friend of mine joined HOTWORX a few months ago and became obsessed, which is how I heard about it in the first place. I finally booked my free class a few weeks ago and signed up that same day! The workout, combined with the heat of the sauna, is both challenging and relaxing at the same time. Plus, the variety of classes is fantastic.

I started working out at Hotworx Dublin in March 2023 and really like it! I really feel like the workouts help with detox and I have lost some inches of my nagging post menopausal belly! The workouts can be tailored to each person and I like being able to work at my own pace. The staff members are always positive and encouraging!
