Love the HOTWORX in Rocky River! The workouts are quick but intense, and I always leave feeling so refreshed (and sweaty in the best way). The staff is super friendly and the studio is always spotless. It’s become my favorite part of the day. I can’t believe how much stronger I feel already! Highly recommend checking out this studio!

Going to HotWorx has been a game changer for me! For the past few years I have been sight lifting but was looking for something else to do on top of weight lifting. A friend told me about HotWorx so I gave it a try and haven’t looked back! I am about 26yrs old and I suffered from a back injury 9yrs ago, I was going to the chiropractor every 5-6 weeks on the dot to help with my migraines and body pain. Since I’ve started in April I’ve been going to Hotworx 3 times a week on average and I have only seen my chiropractor once. When I did see him he told me that, that was the easiest adjustment he’s done on me even with it being 6 months since my previous appt. The combination of the sauna, infrared light therapy and weight lifting has changed my life for the best! The other best part is that it’s 24/7 and I can take as many classes as I want in a month compared to the traditional yoga or Pilates studios where you get 4-6 classes a month and paying $200+. I recommend everyone to go here especially if they suffer from chronic pain and migraines like I do!

HOTWORX is a great gym with lots of different types of workouts to choose from. The gym is very clean and the staff is all super nice. Erin is super friendly and will answer any questions you have. The gym is 24/7 which is awesome for those with crazy schedules.

I just recently joined HOTWORX RR after trying out a session. Today was my 1st OFFICIAL session and I did HotBar and Rowing(forget the name of that one)…
I can’t wait to see the results from working out in a Sauna…. I LOVED the Bar session!!!! Trying the HotBuns tomorrow!!
The staff is friendly and it’s clean! Isabella signed me up and walked me through everything I needed to know to get started! She showed me all about the app and how to book sessions and use the app!!!
Can’t wait to try more!!!

Joining HOTWORX has been one of the best parts of my experience moving to the Cleveland area! Trying something new, especially a fitness studio, can be intimidating, but Erin and the entire staff at HOTWORX was so welcoming and made our experience so enjoyable. After talking about how amazing the workouts made us feel, we even got my husband to try it and he ended up joining too. I love the welcoming environment of the studio, the flexibility of workout length, the user friendly app to book a workout, and that you can go any time. Can’t recommend enough!

HOTWORX has been the best addition to my fitness routine! You cannot deny the benefits of the infrared sauna - my quick muscle recovery can attest! I would highly recommend to anyone at any level of fitness as there are plenty of variety of classes for you to choose from to take at your own pace and even a weight floor station to take advantage of. Just starting my 3rd month here at Hotworx Rocky River and I'm loving it. I was skeptical at the beginning but I quickly became "addicted" to the sauna workouts. It makes me feel amazing, energized and it helps me get a great start of my day. It has also helped me work faster towards my weight goal. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to feel better in general and try something new. I’ve been a member since September and I’m very pleased with everything Hotworx has to offer. Staff is extremely helpful and pleasant. It’s never busy because the facility is open 24 hours. You can go in anytime and have the best workout of your life. I’m someone who loves hot weather and doesn’t mind sweating. I’m happy I joined. It’s definitely one of my favorite places.

Hotworx Rocky River is amazing, and is definitely not your typical gym. I’ve been working out here the last 3 months. Super clean gym with awesome staff and management. The manager Erin is awesome, and super friendly. You need to check this place out if you haven’t done so already. Hotworx offers virtual workout sessions, which are great way to burn a ton of calories in a short amount of time. There are a wide range of different sauna workouts to choose from ranging from hiit,cycle, rowing, Pilates, yoga and more. There is also a pristine free weight area too. Don’t miss out on this one if you need a great place to workout.

Hotworx has been the best exercise I’ve found while I manage my chronic illness. I love the variety of their classes and there’s a full strength training area behind the saunas. HotWorx is unlike anything I've ever experienced. Great equipment, cozy but open, exotic workouts... not your average gym.
