Sheesh. Came here because I found a promotion online and signed up. I was called 3 separate times regarding an appointment which seems a bit excessive but okay. Upon arrival it's completely different than what I anticipated. The rooms are the size of a sauna, there's about 10 different rooms and instruction is provided by a screen at the top of the wall, which is weird because many yoga poses are on the floor. Struggling to see the instructions. Not an actual person doing the classes but a screen. I was talking with the person I brought with me while we waited for our room (told the session started at 415 but didn't start until 430) and while we were talking an employee walked past and made a catty comment.

Inside the room is small and a little awkward. I'm 5'9, 6'0 with my hair in a bun. I was almost touching the ceiling and I was unable to comfortably stretch out on the ground because I was touching the front and back of the room. Claustrophobic. Everything outside the room is audible too, there's no sound prevention. There was a breeze in the room the whole time and when we were leaving the employee stated " oh I opened the vent I should have told you to close it." Girl it's my first time here you should have closed it 🤣 I did not feel anywhere as relaxed and euphoric as I do when visiting Hot Room 🔥. Cute idea but poor execution. Great for the people who like it!

I am absolutely OBSESSED with this place and the variety of workout options that are available! This is the only gym that makes me actually WANT to keep going! And I think what I love most, is the privacy of the rooms. However, 3 per room does feel overcrowded when this has to happen and I avoid that at all costs (especially as a veteran who suffers from PTSD). Which is why I only gave this 4 stars rather than 5. Because along with this, it seems it is becoming a bit overcrowded in this gym and has become increasingly difficult to book certain classes which in turn, makes me feel as if I'm not getting as much out of my workout as I used to be able to. If I wanted to come in the middle of the night, I could get in easier but unfortunately, I cannot do that. With that being said, can someone please open up another location in the spring meadows/maumee area? And no, I am not interested in opening up my own franchise lol.

Hot is soooo good for a workout. Staff are encouraging, friendly and helpful. Sometimes you may work out alone, sometimes with others in the sauna, it's all good. The heat makes me less sore but I definitely get that sweat going. Highly recommend because it's also convenient and open 24 hours so workouts are on your schedule.

I have never been so sweaty after working out and i sweat for a bit after o leave it's amazing!! I feel sooo good after my session that I am obsessed now!! I love the Hot Cycle sessions!! Definitely recommend HOTWORX if you're tired of the same old workouts! This is a game changer for me and the studio is great and everything is well explained! My daughter got me started going to HOTWORX and I find having someone else to go with helps me keep showing up. I like the variety of classes available in the small rooms which keeps the group smaller. Plus they’re open 24/7 and you can go whenever is best for you. - Now I find a year and half later, I'm still going, still showing up and my 64 year joints are happy that I do!! I've taken some weight off but not a ton, at my age it doesn't come off quickly but I am more agile and flexible and that helps so tremendously every day.

Since requesting information, I have received an overwhelming number of calls and texts from your representatives within just a week. This intense and constant follow-up has not only been intrusive but has significantly put me off. It gives the impression of desperation rather than professional enthusiasm. Me friend and I were definitely profiled at Toledo Hotworx. I’m an athlete, so I’ve been working out since a child and I’ve had multiple gym memberships in my life time. I understand fairly how things go. I’ve seen multiple families of the majority race, at this gym while using their guess pass to their advantage to get their entire family in. However, my friend was taking me. We followed all the rules, but was told that the same guess could not come. My friend asked to see that clause in her contract because at sign up she was told she could bring a guess whenever she came, no strings. When she asked this question she received no response, however, the next day went to the gym and could not get in due to having her membership canceled without any warning. The owner herself took her out of the system without communicating this. It’s disgusting that the world still works this way‼️
