I feel compelled to share my experience at the Tiffany Crossing location in Boardman, Ohio, as it left me truly disappointed and frustrated.

I submitted my cancellation request in December 2024 after moving to Pittsburgh, and the owner reassured me I would only be charged for January and February. She promised to send confirmation, but I never received it, which left me feeling uncertain.

In late February, I reached out multiple times to confirm I wouldn’t be charged for March, but when I finally spoke with the owner, I was accused of being “disrespectful” just for trying to get clarity. This was hurtful, especially when I was only trying to resolve the situation.

What made this even more upsetting was being charged a $99 cancellation fee despite clear assurances it wouldn’t happen. After a lengthy conversation, the owner promised to reverse the fee, but only $45 was refunded, leaving me feeling unheard and taken advantage of.

This experience was more than just a business transaction—it felt personal. I’m sharing this in the hope that others can learn from my frustration and proceed with caution when dealing with this location. Every customer deserves respect, clear communication, and honesty, and sadly, this experience fell short in every way.

If I could give less stars I would. They bank on your auto- pay and they do not make it easy to stop. I used the place one time. I tried for a 2nd time but the door code thing wouldn't work. Horrible customer service.

I’ve been coming here since they opened and love it. I go about 5 days a week and have seen a huge difference in my body! My inflammation has decreased, my energy has increased & I get the best sleep it’s been life changing! I love the staff everyone is so friendly and make you feel so comfortable no matter what size you are I never feel intimidated.
